This morning on June 17, 2026, I arrived at Cefco Car Wash around 8am. Three vehicles were ahead of me, so by the time my car wash began, the time might have been around 8:20am. I got the Early Bird special, $5 off the Premium. Three people, one female and two males, worked on drying, vacuuming, and wiping down my car. I tipped for all three. Walking to my driver's door, I noticed the same caramel-colored bird droppings all along the entire driver's side, from front to back. Moreover, I noticed pinkish spots from the wash soap. I walked 360° around my Kia Soul and saw the same bird-droppings and pink soap spots. I asked a male attendant to come clean these spots off my car. I had to point out all of them. I do agree with some of the other reviews that the quality of service has gone down, this will continue to be my go to car wash in town. The pricing is reasonable and the staff are great and personable. read more

Having been a loyal customer for at least two years, I have witnessed a significant decline in the quality of their services. Firstly, I paid a hefty sum of $34.99 for a comprehensive car wash, including interior vacuuming and a thorough wipe-down with armor all. Regrettably, it became apparent that the car wash had failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Upon entering my vehicle, I noticed several mats still tainted with what appeared to be unsightly white bird droppings, indicating a blatant lack of attention to detail. Moreover, my front navigation screen remained untouched, as evidenced by the visible layer of dust accumulated on its surface. It is disheartening to receive such subpar service, especially considering that my car was not even that dirty to begin with. To make matters worse, the entire process was completed hastily within a mere five minutes. Cleaning the interior of a car and ensuring a thorough job cannot be accomplished within such a brief timeframe. I entrusted the team with a simple task of vacuuming my front mats and wiping down the interior, which should not have required extensive effort. It is abundantly clear that their rushed approach fell far short of the mark. My overall experience at this car wash has been nothing short of a waste of both time and money. For the premium price I paid, I anticipated a level of service commensurate with their previous standards. Sadly, my expectations were shattered, leaving me frustrated and angered by the lack of professionalism displayed by the team. This location has been my go-to place for a number of years to get my car washed on the outside and cleaned out on the inside. The last time I was there I realized several days later that that I was missing one of my front black floorboard mats. Due to a number of events I was not able to return for about 3 weeks. The greeter at the front booth told me that they throw away any unclaimed mats after 2 weeks. Today, as I was waiting to have my vehicle cleaned, I happened to notice a cart sporting a large amount of black floorboard mats. I asked if one of those could possibly be mine. My question was received with a bunch of stammering around, showing me each mat to identify as mine, and stating that they had a number of other mats inside. I quickly dismissed trying to identify my missing mat as I didn't want to spend the time on this issue. What bothered me the most is that is obviously a very common issue with the group of workers not putting the mats back into vehicles. I will continue to return to this location, as the people that work there are very friendly and most often do a great job. However, I'm going to make sure to keep a watchful eye on my mats. read more

This place is a joke. Ordered full service car wash. Was around $110 plus tax. Did not clean top of cab at all. So that means, although a wax was included, did not get waxed. Bed is still dirty, as are rims and rear bumper. Windows and mirrors are streaky. Also did not vacuum under seats. read more

If i could give them 1/2 star, I would. This place has been steadily going downhill for the last few years. I paid for the in/out clean ($29) and it's a complete rip-off. Vacuum job is nowhere to be found. Dirt and debris can be found everywhere. They took down a window cover and didn't even bother putting it back on. Now I'm back home, fixing their mess. Drove up to get a carwash and the lady sat there until another car up and she talked we still waiting and she let them go and we did the stuff ourselves. Then go to get our vehicle dried and they argued who and where to pull up at. Now nobody is drying. Worse time ever!!! read more

I have had a monthly service package for at least two years now and due to their consistently good service. Today was an exceptional exception due to Dekes service provided at drying bay in particular. Not only welcomed me with a smile, but really paid a lot of attention to detail as he went around the car cleaning off not only all of the water spots but also did a great job on tires and wheels. At end, waved me off, again with a great smile. Deke serves as an example of exceptional customer service. read more

The staff is great. They're patient, polite, and prompt. I was quoted about 45 min to an hour for interior and exterior wash with Armor-All, but I was out of there in half of that. The reason why this was just an "A-Ok" experience for me was because the main purpose of this visit was to clean the car, not necessarily for a quick wash or nice people (although the little things do help). Unfortunately the dash has water spots, the car still has a hint of wet dog smell, and most disappointingly the back seat still has dog slobber. :( The outside of the car looks great. The floor mats look brand new and so far no streaks to be found. The front interior looks smashing covered in Armor-All but the back seats look terrible. I suppose cleaning it myself wouldn't be too troublesome, but I've got to buy washing products and put in extra elbow grease. That's why I paid $29.99, so I wouldn't have to do it myself. read more

Avoid patronizing this car wash if your vehicle is actually even a little dirty. The workers who serviced my vehicle did a poor job: one guy haphazardly slopped a mop device with suds over a portion of my hud. There was no scrubbing at all. The automatic car wash did absolutely nothing to clean my car and then slimed my auto with some oily substance that presented as dark splotchy splashes all over the side of my vehicle... It looked like someone had taken a spray bottle filled with black water and has my vehicle down in that. Even the lightest dirt was not removed in this car wash. Any the attendant afterwards was completely unfazed by the fact that my vehicle was still really quite dirty. If you are someone who actually possesses attention to detail and value save your money and do it yourself. I had somewhere to go after visiting this car wash, and I'm super upset that it will probably be very difficult to wash my vehicle after it got hosed down in whatever greasy substance that is. And worst of all I had to drive my vehicle to a special event looking really disgustingly dirty. I have visited this car wash in the past, but never again. Any service they used to have has gone seriously downhill. :/ even the girl at the front was completely checked out and slightly rude. I won't be back. :( read more

I got an express $5 exterior wash to rinse the slight dirt -dust off (wasn't bad) and the car was not clean after the wash! Spent an hour washing it myself by hand to get the dirt and a residue from the wash off. Was not worth $5 at all. How about at least clean my car!! read more

The brushes in there wash don't wash my running boards and they have been spraying them till today Now they want $10 more dollars to spray them and it may take 30 seconds to do it. Sad deal read more

I've been here before and they did a great job. This time, however, I did not get my money's worth. They did not do a final wipe-down on the outside, and I still have black faded splatters from the highway. These are easy to clean. Did not require any soap or liquid. I just wiped it off with a damp cloth, and I don't know why they could not have done that. I was on my lunch and in a hurry and did not notice the details until I got back to work. I even gave them a $5 tip (before I noticed anything). One of my pet peeves is others changing my radio station, but I would never have expected them to change it since it's just 15 minutes of being in the truck. So the gas isn't the cheapest on 31st street, but the basic car wash and interior clean up is priced right! They'll have you in and out in no time and for the price you can't go wrong. Now I will tell you I've had the full detail done twice and I'll never do it again. It is a gas station so that tells the prices. The gas is usually over priced comapred to others. This gas station is always clean, very well lit. has a great car wash. they take Debit cards for the Texas Lotto drawing which is so convienet! LOVE THAT! I think they are the only one in town who does that. They have the best drink specials throughout the year!! read more

I dropped my car off and told your people that I would probably pick it up after closing time. I was told that would not be a problem and that they would leave the keys on the front tire. When I tried to pick it up around 7:00pm no one could find my keys.I had to go home to get the spare set and come back to pick it up.When I went to pick up my keys the man in your detail shop told me that they had a hard time this morning finding my keys. It appears that someone left them out all night by the vacum. As if this was not bad enough I spent $30.00 for probably one of the worst wash jobs I have ever had. The machine went off about half way in, we sat for about 10 min. it would come on then go off. No one was there to even attempt to dry off at all. Will not go back there. read more

I've never written a bad review before but this must be said. I clearly drew the short stick when I was directed to drive to line 2. Those employees spent most of their time talking and visiting and joking around. 1 1/2 hours later my car was done with mediocrity. Water stains. Streaks. Dead bug remains. Then, the employee who drove my car out of the tent area had filthy shoes and left a huge mud spot on the floor mat. He made a lame attempt of wiping it off but it was not coming off. Great wash when open. They close for repair far too often. Instead of off hours they close when most want a wash. Two of the last three times I went to the wash it was either closed or partially closed. Partially closed required over a one hour wait. There is a definite management problem. read more

Just had my car done and it was NOT worth the $30.00 that I was charged. When my car came out I had 3 scratches on my back door, I mentioned it to the attendant and was looked at like I was crazy. Poor results for the $30 car wash today. Shame on me for not inspecting it closer before I drove off and for letting the attendant take my receipt. One of the worst experiences ever had at a drive through carwash. Took only 15 minutes to get car washed but sat in the detail line for over an hour. Watched several cars in other lanes get fully detailed and passed on to the owners while cars in center lane hardly moved. Plenty of people but just total chaos. Appeared to be no direction. In all the wash was ok but should never have taken an hour and fifteen minutes to get the job done. read more
