I had some ideas, and Max listened to them and suggested alternatives that turned out better than I had hoped for. He was very responsive to calls and kept me updated all the time with progress. The wife liked how his team made sure the work area was clean and tidy at the end of the day. I would recommend these guys very highly and will use them again in the future.

They'll tell you every excuse in the book, saying the patio has too much shade, poor drainage, etc. But the fact is, it was sealed and fine until they came, resealed/sanded it and then it was a disaster. Now I have to get it redone properly again. What a waste of money that was. Do not listen to the excuses they provide. They will reply here and it's 100% a lie. They would not come and redo it for me. So I will never recommend this place to anyone. Poor craftsmanship on their part. And they would not resolve it, so not a trustworthy business. Come with the excuses. Adios. https://youtu.be/e7CbCTkfPxE - view of the shoddy craftsmanship applied to my entire patio. The whole thing looks like this now and did after 6 mo of them redoing the patio. Before this, I never had problems to this degree, period. Nothing even close to this state. My entire patio has sun hitting it, there's no excuses here. There's guards along the edge to keep plants from penetrating it, always has been. They'll throw every excuse at the book while other contractors will just make it right, even if they have to redo such a poor job that did not hold up even for a year.

The price they quoted me was around $3,000, and I've included some pictures below. What concerns me most is the lack of trust I now have in their recommendations. I previously hired this company to do tuckpointing work for me. About three years later, I contacted them about touching up a few areas, and I was told the work was already in bad shape. When I reminded them that they were the ones who had performed the original work, the response was essentially, "Oh, we can just repair these couple of bricks. It's not a big deal." After that experience, and now being presented with what I believe is an unnecessarily expensive repair, I simply don't feel comfortable doing business with this company anymore. When you hire a company and spend good money on their work, you expect fair pricing, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship. Unfortunately, that's not the experience I had.

The reason I…read moreoriginally wanted to hire Teran was because of the thorough work I watched them do when replacing my neighbors drive. I researched them online as well and found nothing but rave reviews. It was clear I hired the right company after my first conversation with Jim. His passion for doing quality work really stands out. He doesn't cut corners and uses the most durable materials. On to the work... I was not disappointed one bit. They were incredibly thorough. Teran even pointed out several simple solutions for issues we've had since we moved here back in '09 and just kinda "forgot" about. These simple little changes made all the difference in the world. Everything looks amazing. Even months after the job was finished, I have complete strangers stop in front of my house and compliment on how beautiful everything looks. One last thing, Jim is also not done with you once the job is done. He makes sure you are happy and also ensures you take good care of the concrete and stays on you about following the regular maintenance. Teran is definitely your team if you want good honest work!

Jim gave me a very fair price for the work, and his team did outstanding work! If you have any concrete work that needs to be done, don't hesitate to call Teran Concrete. I highly recommend them!
