I used Cool Moon AC because they showed up the same day, they didn't charge me extra for weekends and they didn't try to over sell me parts and labor that I didn't need.

SoFlow came on time and the installer was the same guy that initially inspected her old unit. Both gentlemen were very nice and they did a great job taking away the old unit and putting the new unit on a new pad and plumbing in the ducting and drain pipe. Their price was reasonable and the Daikin unit comes with a pretty good parts warranty.
