Ponti, the owner, made this birthday so special for our 6 year old and all her friends. From the beginning he was so easy to work with and very communicative. Ponti has kids birthday parties down to a science with different activities planned out that all the kids loved! Him and his team handled it all while we got to relax and chat with other parents. On top of that, we didn't have to worry about goodie bags because all the kids went home with a couple pieces of glow in the dark art that they made. There was a separate, and massive, room for food and drinks so when cake cutting came around it was so easy. Also he made setting up and packing up so easy. He is very open, non-judgmental, personable, and kind. He was even helpful in getting us a ketubah at the last minute, and making sure it arrived on time. Batman did not show up on Wednesday and no call from him or the company. On Thursday, Cinderella showed up - with her mom. Crumpled dress, no makeup, dirty Converse sneakers. Her bra hung out of the dress the entire time. Batman was late, and not dressed. It took 25 minutes for him to get dressed and he needed my help. Horrific costumes and not at all what was advertised. I called the company to complain and there was not a supervisor available to talk to. Lori told me that she would need to talk to her team about how to make it right, but only if I left a formal complaint. I asked her if I could talk to someone on her board, and she told me to look them up on social media and use messenger to contact them. I later found out the board on their page is fake. Our event was RUINED by this company. I will attempt a charge back, and if that does not work, I will be getting an attorney. This company is full of frauds and we did NOT get what we paid for.
