At the recommendation of my planner (shoutout to My Wedding Songbird!), she set up the initial meeting with Diana, her, and myself. My planner had provided the moodboard and color scheme of what I was looking for. We had also asked for a balloon installation for our sweetheart table backdrop, rented a large gold easel from her and at the last minute (literally, the week of), Diana was kind enough to accommodate our late request for a 8x12 flower wall, which she was able to match to our color scheme - pretty sure not everyone can do that because some people usually get their flower walls from Amazon or whatever. At the mockup, she showed us 1 of our 2 centerpieces and I was blown away. I loved my flowers and how she brought my color scheme to life. I wasn't really picky by which kinds of flowers were used as long we were within budget. On the day of, my husband and I were so amazed by her and her team's work. Everything turned out so beautiful - we loved everything! We had compliments on all of the decor - from the centerpieces to my bouquet to the sweetheart table and the flower wall. Had a very bad experience with this company! I booked a flower wall as a photo booth for my brother's wedding. The set up job was terrible. The wall is uneven you can see the gaps between each section of the wall. It looks like they are going to fall apart anytime. The groomsmen had to keep fix them during the wedding. I told the lady to add more pink flowers to the flower wall when I pay for the deposit. She promised she will, but at the end it looks the same when I see it in the store! This is another big let down!!! The last thing that pissed me off the most is that when I book this wall. I was told to include the two Rome stands for the flower pots on the sides! However they were not delivered! (What the heck??? Can you imagine how two flower pots lay on the floor?? It's a photo booth! Who the hell can see them laying on the floor???) I called the lady who is in charge and she told me that they are not included in the package and I have to pay $60 extra for these two stands! I had no time for more arguments as I need them right away! I had no choice but agreed to paid that $60 so they have have someone else to deliver the stands and to fix the missing section of flowers which I did not mention at the beginning. ( one part of the wall is missing a section of flowers! Sigh!! ) Bad customer service!!! Bad set up work!! Worse experience ever!! Can't Imaging if it happens on my own wedding!!!! I decided this place after much research. you always hear, cheaper isn't better. However, in my case, it was worth it. I was scared at 1st, heard many of the florist around me tell me "be careful, I don't want you to come back to me crying asking me to save your day, bc it happens more often than not." regardless, I did my research, went to the flower district a handful of times, got quotes, spoke to vendors and ask to see their work. I got a few pieces from Happily ever after n more, my bouquet, bridesmaids (6), boutonniere (7), corsage (2) and 1 grooms boutonniere. My quote compared to what other florist gave me, was dirt cheap. Please keep in mind that the flowers you chose will make the pricing, specially if you look for flowers out of season, the more expensive. Regardless, I spoke with Diana each time I went.. told her my vision... I wanted mini calla lily for me, baby-breath for my bridal party, baby breath for the groomsmen, roses for parents and petals for flower girls. When I went and got my quote, I told Diana that I did not want the baby-breath too small, usually, I had small a very small bunch for $60, which ic crazy. Diana showed me a photo with a pretty good volume and charged me less than what competitors asked. My flowers also lasted over a week, surprising. Usually, my aunt says that when flowers last longer than a few days, it is bc people make/hand them with love and care, which in turn makes the flowers last longer. Oh! almost forgot, I got a sweetheart table arrangement (please see photos attached) and two 24" arrangements for the ceremony area, seriously couldn't of been happier. I have referred a few people to them... I will continue as I know they are legit, do amazing work... likely will exceed your expectations and you will be happy without a doubt. I know for a fact, for any future celebrations or whatever it is, they will be my to go flower shop. Unhappy bride... I placed an order in January for my wedding in October, I sent pictures of what I wanted, as well as has specifics written on the order. Due to covid we had to change the wedding and down scale, I still ordered my bridal bouquet as well as brides maids mother flowers and boutonnières for all the men. I went to pick up my flowers and it wasn't what I had asked for and did not look like the photos I gave them. I asked for specific flowers and they were not in there I asked where they were she told me she could not get them I asked why she didn't call me and she said I don't know. The greenery on the bouquet already is brown leaves hanging. The white roses were turning brown with in hours. I left in tears, even took my flowers to another florist to have them fixed as much as possible. The sad thing is that it seemed like it wasn't a big deal to her but it was to me especially when the flowers are the one thing I had my heart set on since I had so many changes from Covid. We did not have a wedding coordinator because we wanted to save. We drove thru the L.A. Flower Market for the second time around. We randomly selected their flowershop because the rounded flower backdrop displayed in front of their shop caught our eyes. We met Deanna. She helped us through it and made suggestions. She made samples for us so we could see what we were trying to do. She answers our calls and texts promptly and we could make changes anytime we need to. The delivery truck had an unexpected trouble. But as soon as they got in, the staff immediately set everything up and prioritized anything that needs to be done first. We made it on time before the start of ceremony. The garden arch and aisle flowers were beautiful and was made the way we wanted it. The bride's bouquet and the entourage was very beautiful and also made to the bride's expectations and likings! The corsages and boutonnières were perfect! The round backdrop behind the sweetheart table is eyecatching and beautiful with a coordinating spread of flowers on the table.
