Our whole experience has been terrible. From false advertisement to the horrible condition of the products we received for our event in May. After they received the pictures of the products, they accepted responsibility for the extremely poor condition of the products we received and agreed to issue a refund for our deposit and cancel another event booked for June. However, we haven't heard from them at all. They haven't responded to my text messages, phone calls, or emails. Please avoid this company. It's a waste of money and a complete embarrassment for your special event. We had a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. read more

Most definitely not. The gall that took our information for our rentals coul not get back to us at any of the times she said that she would. This was AFTER the contract was sent back, and she changed our order without our permission or knowing. Every time we needed to call to check on the arrival time of our rentals, she told us she'd have to call us back. The company has got to delegate and communicate more clearly with their costumers, because they were not clear at all, and trying to get any answers to when our rentals would be delivered was next to impossible. Our tent that was ordered was then declined by the girl in the Yenni office. Then, we were told the tent was available again. Then! We were given a window of time for the arrival of the tents. The arrival of our rentals. It was getting dark. It was getting very late. This tent rental and the communication with this company was ridiculous, not once was there ever any understanding of the time our rents would arrive. THEN, we are told the rentals could not be delivered the same day as pick up. WHAT THE HECK, that was in our contact. The rental was for one day only, not any more. We had to get the tents off the lawn before the following day. Once we thought we were getting somewhere with this whole thing the company pulls another stressful act on us. We had been given that window of time like I had mentioned, but now that window was passed. It was after hours now, and the shop location was closed, there was nobody to answer our calls now. This kind of stress that we were put under do to this company during all our prepping and planning for a large event is uncalled for. The lack of communication is one, the lack of implementing correct times is the second. And thirdly, the stress we had been placed under because of this company's lack of customer service could have be avoided. Once our rental finally came, it was extremely late and very dark outside. It was after 9:30 at night, when the time given for arrival was between, around 6 and 7pm. Ha! Shops closed, cant talk to anyone about where they are or if they were still delivering our rentals. The delivery truck guys had our number, they finally called saying they'd arrive in 30 minutes. But, we did ask for a number that we could call for after hours. They gave us the number we already had, the number of the wear house that was CLOSED. I cant remember if the driver gave his personal number, but we got a number from him. Thank goodness at least we had that. Well, they finally got here, set up and then... they were short 2 of our tables! The stress, the tiredness was setting in, they didn't finish setting up into after 12:30!!! I do NOT appreciate a business run in this fashion. The girls taking the rental orders should take a class on how to communication and how to be nice to their customers. The delivery guy's were very nice. I doubt they even know how bad the girls (taking these rental orders) are making their delivery times. Id like to see the owner sit in for a few days to watch and listen how his staff is running those emails, phone calls and treating their costumers. Because, I can tell you this. Myself, my entire neighborhood, my parents, and daughter will not be using Yennis party rentals ever again. This was NOT the first time that I've witnessed so much stress from this company. Rented a canopy and eight tables for a baby shower everything arrived on time and was picked up in a timely manner after. We have rented from here before for a college graduation each time our guests have been very pleased and happy with the Rentals . Thank you for making beautiful memories. read more

I've booked with Yenni's before and didn't have many issues - their prices are reasonable and with months of planning, they did great. This time around, they just didn't fulfill my needs. Kept trying to come in to the showroom to rent some things I needed for a styled photoshoot, and man, a week of no response was just so frustrating. After days of coming in person, without someone too how me the silverware, cups, plates, and table decor, as well as the inability to leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full, not to mention the lack of email communication: I gave up. I was relying on this company to pull through but alas, they never did. IF you plan on using this company, I'd recommend planning it MONTHS in advance to take into account the lack of communication and the time gaps in responses. read more

We used Yennis Party Rentals for our wedding in September and they did an incredible job flipping the venue from ceremony to reception. They did it extremely quick and we were more than satisfied with the quality of the equipment and furniture that we rented. I used them for chair rentals two weekends ago for a Carnival that we hosted in the back yard. They have very fair pricing and they always deliver on time. Used in the past but even then they had issues. I put up with it because they had decent prices but now everyone has their prices. They do not respond to emails. They do not answer their phone- voicemail is always full and cannot leave message. Texting? Don't bother- no response. So much attitude from them via email when you call them out for not responding to calls, texts or emails. How do you run a business like this?! Extremely unprofessional!! This review is regarding their response time to inquiries and non-existing customer service. It's bare minimum to say the least. When you call no answer. I'm talking several calls. Okay maybe their busy. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. You text it takes a while for them to get back to you. That's fine as well. I'm patient. But my fiancé and I been trying to arrange a time to go down to the Cerritos showroom and nothing. Crickets. I finally just gave up. I was very disappointed in how they handled my inquiry to say the least. Don't get me wrong , the events they do look absolutely amazing on IG. However, if it's this hard to get in contact with them to simply go to the showroom I can't imagine actually booking. This would just cause lot of unnecessary stress on top of planning an event.
