I have never written a review but this rental company was awful, We ordered tables and chairs for a baby shower today over a month a go. We called last week and confirmed. We confirmed again 2 days ago and last night they confirmed they would be here at 8 AM today Nothing at 8AM.... we talked to someone at 9AM and said they were loading up or tables and chairs. We tried calling and texting and no response and NO SHOW for the baby shower. We had no tables or chairs for our daughter's baby shower and no communication from the rental company. Worst company to hire. They advertise on offer up and replied right away. They gave me a good price and I trusted that they would deliver. They said they would confirm the day before and when they didn't i messaged them multiple times and no reply. I could see they read the message but decided to ignore it. I found their number on yelp and called them the day of my party at 1030am when they had promised to deliver chairs and tables before 10. The woman that answered said that i must've made the order with her son and wanted to call me back. She calls me back and says ok we'll deliver right now. Then 30 minutes later I received a text from her that "she got a flat tire" and would not be able to make it. I had to scrambled and figure out how to get tables and chairs before my party started. Worst service ever!!! When I initially contacted Maria, she was so sweet and the prices were unbeatable. I booked my event a month out. She did not ask for a deposit and did not send me a confirmation, receipt or anything. I had a few questions about the tables and tablecloths and whenever I tried to get a hold of Maria, she never returned my phone calls or text messages. For the past few weeks, I've been stressed out because of her lack of responses. I wasn't sure if she would actually show up on the day of my baby shower. Two days before my event, I reached out to her to confirm and make sure that she was coming. She did respond. Yesterday was my baby shower and her son came on time at 7 AM. I was relieved. I ordered 8 rectangle tables, 8 table cloths, and 60 chairs. As I was setting up the tables, one of the table cloth was for a round table, so I asked her son if he can get the correct table cloth and come back, he said okay. I text Maria and told her if her son can come back before 930-10AM so I could finish setting up before the party started at 11. Maria told me that her husband would come but she never told me his eta. My baby shower started and no sign of him. I reached out to Maria again around 12 and she said that her husband was stuck in traffic coming from LA. However, HE NEVER CAME!!! Maria never replied back to me to let me know what his eta was. At the end of my event which was 6 PM, I text her how disappointed I was with her service and I asked her what time she was coming to pick up the tables the next day. Once again, NO RESPONSE. This morning at 10 AM, they came to pick up everything unannounced! Who does that? Such poor service and lack of communication. If you want to rent tables, chairs and table cloths for great prices, this is right for you, BUT if you want the stress and headache due to lack of responses, have fun stressing. I would definitely not choose them for my future events ever again. read more

We used them for my Dad's 65th birthday party yesterday! And we are VERY HAPPY! This is now my favorite rental place! They have the BEST PRICES in town. They are also pretty straight up with their business. They have a lot of colors for the linens and have clean tables and chairs. Pablo and Maria were very nice and they set up really quick. Their tent was superb! It also came with a little chandelier that comes with the rent. The heater that we got was also very useful and had a good price! DO NOT rely on Maria for your party/ event needs. I ordered tables and chairs two weeks in advanced over the phone and she said her husband would drop off the items around 9-10 AM. On the day of the event, I call her at 12:30 PM to ask on the progress of the delivery and she said she'll call me back. She never called me back. Then at 3:30 PM (half and hour before the event starts) I try calling her and she does not pick up. They ended up NOT COMING and I had to look for another company to accommodate a last minute order. It was very stressful. Maria, if you're not going to fulfill your orders at least notify your customers. Again, DO NOT work with this company it is NOT worth it. read more

Horrible customer service. Drop off was to be on a Friday morning at 10:00am . They came at 12:30 without any notice of being late. Pickup time was to be this Sunday 8/6/18 in the morning....they are still sitting waiting to be picked up. No calls/ txt from them until just now after having to txt Maria for demand pick up before 5pm today . Yes, they are cheap but you get what you pay for. Do not go with this rental place! They were very quick at giving me quote and deposit information but the day of my party they said they would come early and then calls minutes before delivery time that the delivery guy had an accident and all the tables and chairs were damaged and instead of round table that was promised they give me rectangular table which I had clearly told them that I have bought round table cloth but that was not my issue! Their product is basically garbage! The tables were super dirty and table cloths were wrinkled and not clean and the worst was the chairs which was so so old,dirty, rusted, and bend! Last minute the day of my party I found this out and couldn't find another renters and I spend 2 hours trying to clean and make these disgusting dirty old chairs presentable but there was no point! Do not be fooled by the pictures on their OfferUp or yelp! you will get a old disgusting tables and chairs! My party decor and ambiance was ruined thanks to these people and not to mention the deposit you give is on top of the quote they give you! They quoted me one thing and then later change the rate after I deducted the deposit and told the deposit was plus the quote he give me! Worst rental place of my life! read more
