Taylor is amazing. She went through the packages and I went luxury which you get the whole thing for 79.99 a month. I'm strictly a flat bed sun guy who wanted red light therapy as an option. I kid you not on the number of beds that go solo red light or red with message or red light with low and high intensity bulbs, which rocks. Connect with your Bluetooth and headphones are passe. The place was exceptionally clean, staff friendly and very helpful Plus parking is simple and the place is really easy to get to. If you are serious about finding a strong place that treats you ina friendly manner with great beds this is it. read more

I just wanted to come on here and say what a great experience my wife and I had today at separate times coming in for a tan. There is a new employee filling in from another location named Annabel who is absolutely everything you want in an employee. I came in first around 3 PM and she was juggling several clients and doing an amazing job of it while being overwhelmed. She took the time to explain to another customer that she would be right there and then mentioned that I had points available to buy a product and pointed out some things that I might be interested in. However, I wasn't sure what my wife and I might've already purchased and I told her that I would have to check with my wife because we may have already bought some of the things she was suggesting. Instead of getting ornery like some people do, she was totally cool about it, didn't miss a beat and was still positive. She then got me situated in my tanning bed, and then after, as I was leaving, even thanked me by my first name (after never meeting me before). Nice touch. Smart. Professional. And I must add that she was professionally dressed (for a tanning location - ha ha!!). Unbeknownst to me - my wife went tanning about an hour later and had the same great experience. She upsold products to my wife and was totally professional and easy-going. So much so that my wife mentioned her positive experience to me when she got home and that she was happily impressed with this new employee that she just ran into. I mentioned the same employee and we realized that we were both talking about the same girl and decide that we should give her some props. This young woman was professional, sweet, and will make a great manager (and probably amazing mother) in/or whatever she does in life. I realize it's just one interaction, but too many young kids get crapped on these days and I wanted to come on here and say what a wonderful experience she left me and my wife with. This place completely screwed me over after tanning with them for over 5 years I had some new employee and a highly unqualified manager Natalie cancel my membership with out reason no notice with baseless accusations I have called corporate for days called multiple locations. This company is awful. DO NOT sign up for a monthly membership. There is no written contract for you to read, you just sign up. So little do you know when you go to cancel there is a back end charge of one month fee when canceling. No one ever mentioned this when signing up or canceling! I was extremely allergic to the product. I should not have to pay for 2 months when I'm not using it! BEWARE!!! read more

This is my favorite Celebrity Tan! The shop is always very clean, stocked in all lotions or add ons you are looking for, and the girls are always so friendly! I've never had an issue with it being super busy where I had to wait to tan either! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good tanning salon. read more

I told the girl behind the desk that I was from out of town and basically just needed quick, basic color for the weekend and that I didn't want to appear orange. I don't think she was listening very well as she proceeded to tell me about their packages and memberships...after I told her I live in another state! She was nice and told me they don't say the "O" word there, orange...well, I had an orange tint 48 hours later. I just wanted something to take away my pale appearance... So be it... I took a few showers and had some color and was able to wear dresses in the hot weather. The business was clean and convenient for me as a walk-in customer, no appointment. read more

Bought a 3 tan package and this was very close to my home. My first visit was on a Sunday and the counter person was pleasant and didn't charge me extra for the tan spray ( how do you sell a tanning package and then charge for the spray?) 2nd & 3rd visit was ignored and the counter person was just snotty. Of course they charged me $5 extra for the spray. 3rd visit they charged 7.95 for the spray. Do yourself a favor-go someplace else! read more

Stay far far away from this place. Paying $90 a month to constantly be lied to about promos or when bulbs are changed, and that they're soooo sorry when the spray booth malfunctions is one big tanning nightmare. Now you're trying to sneak in one last draft fee and that you're SOOO SORRY I was misinformed! Am I misinformed or are your employees not trained well enough on the contract? I really wanted to love this place since it's 0.1 miles from my house, and while the ladies are sweet here, they're also deceptive- intentional or not. Beds are outdated, bulbs are rarely changed (they love lying and telling you that we're just recently changed) and the spray booth leaves you blotchy 4/10 times. I feel like such an idiot for being taken advantage of here and for 5 months. Will most likely cancel my card since they never honored their 1st month promo to begin with, and are trying to tack on some bullshit fee. read more

My husband tans here regularly because they seem to have better beds than some salons, however the service is very inconsistent. My husband has driven to the location at opening time and on a few occasions the person opening shows up 15+ minutes late. Pretty unprofessional, huh? They should considering hiring a more reliable person to open the store. The lady that showed up late, does however arrive with a cup of hot coffee. She should probably consider skipping the coffee to arrive on time. read more

I tried this place out yesterday. Friendly staff, pretty clean and well maintained. But I went for the Mystic tan. They had promotional offers on this : 3/$24 on Groupon and $5 for 1 on their website. But when I went there, they said that it "doesn't include the color"!!?? I read all the fine print, no where does it mention this. Seems like a pretty important part. Like a coupon for an ice cream cone that doesn't include the ice cream. So keep in mind that whatever price they advertise for Mystic add an extra $5-10 for EACH tan for color. Not a great business practice to hide that. Really tends to turn off the consumer. read more

Absolutely horrible. Went to the first location at Tatum and Cave Creek. Told her I needed spray tan. She let me fill out paperwork while she chatted away on her phone and then told me the one sprayer they had was down. Not sure why she didn't tell me at first. Then sent me to the location a mile away. Got to the next location and my information wasn't entered correctly from the first so she had to find someone else to fix it. Then after paying, and 30 minutes of trying, found their sprayer was broken too. They told me I'd have to wait 2-3 days and then call back to speak with a manager about getting a refund for the services I never received. You take an hour of my life and my money and won't even refund it when you can't provide the service? Horrible. Bunch of kids running the place with a manager who has no idea what customer service is about. read more

I have been a member here for 3 months and I love it! The membership rate is very reasonable (especially for unlimited tanning). Their bulbs are frequently changed and the beds and facility are always clean. Their customer service is outstanding too; on several occasions the manager has allowed me to try different lotions and beds to see what suits my needs best, without any obligation. There was so much moisture in the spray tan booth that water dripped down on me leaving giant pale streaks from hips to calves. They did respond by crediting my next visit but I will always check for excess moisture on the ceiling now. read more

I choose a Mystic Tan and paid to upgrade for the medium color, which was $5.00 extra. I have been a customer for 3 years and everyone has always been super nice to me! They change there bulbs often and keep me informed to the lotions and the deals of the month, which is nice to take advantage of! My boyfriend and I both had memberships for unlimited tanning. On many occasions they would open late. On a few occasions they closed and hour early. If you showed up 20 minutes to close they wouldn't let you tan. They are closed for every holiday. Some of the women who work there have bad attitudes. I gave them my thirty days notice to cancel my membership. They still drafted my account the following due date after the thirty days. This put my account into overdraft causing the bank to deny another transaction that caused real havoc with my bank account. When I called the corporate office, the woman was real snotty, talking over me, exacerbating my anger. read more

I have been tanning for over 20 years. I started tanning when the wolf beds were the beds of the tanning world, and the time you spent in the beds were anywhere from 20/30 minutes. The industry has come along way. Iam saying this to say Celebrity is one of the finest salons I have visited in my years of tanning. The salon is always clean and the girls are extremly helpful and knowledgeable of the products and the industry. I would also like to let you know Nicole the manager of the Lone Mountain Salon went over and beyond to help me with a concern I had I was very surprised and grateful with the outcome. I just signed up and I found both the facility and the customer service to be excellent. Samantha patiently explained the different types of beds and the packages and memberships available, as well as giving me a tour of the facility. Everything looked spotless and up-to-date. Absolutely horrible service, I went to the location on Tatum and Cave Creek, the girl couldn't find my name in the system, after about 10 minutes, she looked at these sheets of names on the desk and found my name on the sheet, I had purchased my spray tans when it was Diva Tanning and that's why i wasn't on the system. She said her manager would have to look at transferring my spray tans to the new system so If I wanted a spray tan today, I would need to pay for it, she looked and looked and told me it would be 5.00, I thought that was a great price so she ran my credit card, she then couldn't find the mystic tan on the computer, after about another 10 minutes, she said she found it under a different name, then asked me how many minutes I wanted, anywhere from 11 to 45 minutes? i can't imagine standing in a mystic tan booth for 45 minutes?? she then asked me what level I wanted and went though more confusing questions, I said I wanted level 2 and she said that would be another 7.00, then she said she found the mystic tan in the system and it was 21.00, I was not going to pay 21.00 for 1 spray tan, I told her I would pay the additional 7.00 but before I paid the additional amount, I wanted to make sure the spray tanning machine was working, I did not have a good feeling about this and my gut feeling was correct, she went through every level on the system and it told her every level of tanning spray was out of stock. She went to the back to try to turn on the machine but she said it didn't work. She wanted me to go to the other location on Lone Mountain to see if I could get a spray tan there. By this time, I wasted 45 minutes of my life and just wanted her to credit my 5.00 back, she said she couldn't do that, she said to come back at another time to see if I can get my 5.00 back, she said she didn't think that would be a problem and wouldn't know why it would be a problem? I said it won't be a problem because you will give me my refund, I don't care if it was 1.00, I was going to get my refund. The girl was clueless and showed no empathy at all. Avoid this place, it's not worth the hassle and it will be a complete waste of time and money! read more

Their customer service pales by comparison! I was one of the original customers at the Tatum/Cave Creek location (formerly Diva Tanning) and stayed with Celebrity when they bought it last year. As a monthly subscriber, I spend nearly $1,000 a year (12 x $80/month) on tanning services. My wallet was lost over the holidays and Visa had to send me a new card. I brought it in to (manager) Nicole to update my account as soon as I received it, explained why I had to change the card number and was told 'Too late! We already tried to bill you for your monthly fee and had to charge you a $5 fee because your card would not go through.' Really? I spend nearly $1,000 a year there and you are going to lose my business for $5? I guess so. This Celebrity Tanning experience has moved to the top of my list of horrible (and incredibly short-sighted) customer service experiences ... which is a shame, as it was otherwise an okay place to tan. read more

I Was sold a membership, cancelled the membership with a 30 day notice(like the sales gal told me to), they put the wrong date on the cancellation so I was charged a whole other month. I was told I could tan through a certain date that date came and went, then I noticed was charged another month when called to clear it up I was again told I could not tan thru the new charge dates this made no sense to me. After phone calls to try to clear this up I was treated so rudely by the store manager & told I could not tan the 30 days extra I was charged for & that I shouldn't have bought a membership in the 1st place (maybe her staff should not sell me a membership & tell me I can cancel it with no problem). Horrible business practices, do not go there they do not have a clue as to how to run a business. Corporate office at least said I had the right to tan during the 30 days, Thanks but no thanks!!!! read more
