I use to really like this place as they are clean and have a welcoming feel, however, I was disappointed in my SNS with tip design. especially because a picture of the shape I wanted was provided. After getting my nails done, I informed the technician if she can shape them more like the picture and as you can see, the final product was nothing close. Definitely was not worth the 60 dollars spent. If you are looking for regular design, this place is a go. If anything else, I would suggest somewhere else. read more

I just left one of the most uncomfortable manicures I've ever had. I've had good manicures here in the past with really friendly staff but tonight they changed me last minute to a different technician than I had an appointment with. She was silent the whole time except when she'd kind of whisper instructions at me. I could tell she was frustrated when I couldn't hear her. Then my gel polish was full of bumps and bubbles and she got annoyed and half filed it off to redo it, pretty aggressively on my cuticles. I didn't even know when she finished. She just walked away. I never had any kind of hand massage so I thought she was coming back. When I asked her if she just did a polish change she said no, that was the whole manicure...ok... I honestly felt so awkward and uncomfortable. It felt like maybe she had to fill in for someone and was really irritated? I thought maybe just shy, but it didn't feel that way. The paint was brushed over my cuticles so already started peeling around the edges. I'm cleaning it up best I can myself. I had this done for a business trip, so I really hope it holds up. read more

They don't know how to cut the cuticle, so they basically left it there. The polish was not evenly put on near the base of the nails. This was my first the at the salon and it was amazing!! I did have some trouble booking my appt. online BUT at least I was able to call the salon and book the exact person I would have on the site. Great area, my nail tech Rashaun was great!! Very knowledgeable and great service. They even offer sparkling water, wine, tea and coffee. Everyone that came in that are regualrs are called by name. I enjoyed getting my nails done at Indigo Wellness, for the most part but it was pricey. You definitely get what you pay for though. It's really nice and relaxing inside with great nail technicians. I got a gel manicure with gel removal. I don't think I would do this again because they were roughy with removing skin around my nails, leaving some red and causing them to bleed. It was $35 for the manicure with removal and it hurt/bothered me the rest of the day. I understand why this place has great reviews - they give you coffee/wine/whatever you want to drink which is a nice touch. I probably won't go back and definitely won't get a manicure again. read more

Paris is wonderful and does a great job on microblading. She's very thorough and meticulous and very clean. No swelling or infection and it really never hurt. Just tried this place today with my friend. I came in for my first facial and Paris was so nice and friendly. She explained what she was doing and talked the whole time, making me feel very comfortable. My face feels super fresh and a few hours later I can actually notice a difference! I wasn't sure what to expect, but I look more refreshed. Then had a mani/pedi. I didn't catch the names of the women who worked on us, but again super friendly and personable. We felt really pampered. We enjoyed our time so much, we've booked the salon for my bridal party to get pampered before my wedding. I feel confident we'll be in good hands. read more

I was in dire need of a pedicure and had just enough kid-less time to go get one. I didn't have an appointment but luckily was seen right away. The salon is cutely decorated. The staff in general was very friendly and attentive. Upon entry, I was immediately offered water or sparkling water. The pedicure was executed with great care and detail. My first time at the salon. I made a reservation. Parking was a challenge and locating the salon was a challenge because the sign with the salon name is small. The receptionist called me at 5 after and asked if I was coming. I confirmed and said I am about to walk I the door. When I arrive the receptionist was flustered and said she wasn't sure i could get my nails done because I was 15 min late. It was 8 after at this point because She was fiddling around on the computer. She runs around the salon looking for someone and by this time it is 15 min after. At this point she said they could do gel but wouldn't have time for SNS. I reluctantly agreed to gel since I was already there. The gel started peeling the next day and I had about 4 nails that peeled after a week. I went to another salon and had my nails redone after a week. read more

I live in the area and while I have a massage therapist I love in Midtown, I just had a massage here when my usual therapist was booked and I really enjoyed it - Joy was fantastic! Being someone who lives in Kirkwood, I love having someplace in the neighborhood that isn't just convenient - I want to go there. When she realized that I didn't have the best experience she did everything she could to make sure that I did. I had a wonderful pedicure with Yen. I could not have been happier. She had a lovely demeanor and knew exactly what she was doing. After weeks of moving packing and unpacking it felt wonderful to just relax for a moment. Christine does my eyebrows. She is phenomenal. I got a gel mani and it cost 49 dollars with tip. She didn't paint the side of my nail, triple coated just the tip so it with twice as thick just at the tip. She trimmed my nails way to short. It started peeling after just one week, I decided to peel the rest of all my nails off and it came off REALLY EASY. Which as you would know if you have gotten a good gel mani before is NOT the case. Never coming here again. Her technique was bad and I feel like so was the product clearly. read more

This is my second visit to the brand new Indigo Wellness, and I'm so thrilled!! Seeing some of my favorite folks still there, and some awesome new ones. The space is gorgeous - beautiful colors and designs, subtle and unique details, open and light but with a warm feel to it. Customer service is hands down their #1 priority. It's wonderful, and I feel very much at home there. Added touch is the beverage service - vino to chill out while being pampered is a lovely way to spend my time at Indigo! I am very particular about service in general - nail stations must be sanitary, service done well, and feel as though you're not just a number, especially when you go as often as I do!
