The service was decent. The pedicure milk bath felt pretty standard, nothing that stood out, and the honey scrub with the foot and leg exfoliation was okay. The space was open and airy, with good music, nice drink options, and hookah, which added to the vibe. However, I felt a bit pressured to go for the most expensive pedicure package, and the price quoted didn't match what I actually paid. On top of that, there was a vendor doing wall construction while I was there, which made the experience noisy and distracting. Overall, for the price, I don't think the services justify the cost. The atmosphere seems more geared toward internet content creators and people who don't get pedicure services regularly. It's definitely overpriced--but worth experiencing at least once just for the vibe. read more

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but unfortunately I didn't have the best experience here. The staff was very kind and the salon itself is cute, which makes this even more disappointing. This was my first time getting my hands done here. The results were very messy--none of the French tips are even, very noticeably uneven it's embarrassing and it didn't look like much effort was made to clean them up. There was also no proper prep beforehand, and my cuticles weren't cleaned at all. Overall, my nails look rushed and unfinished. My toes are a bit better, but still not up to the standard I expected. There's only partial acrylic on my big toe, which makes the bottom look discolored. Another issue I had was the pricing. There doesn't seem to be a clear or consistent set price for services. What's listed in the pedicure book was not what I was actually charged, which was frustrating and unexpected. I've actually been here once before (over a year ago) just for a pedicure, and I ended up having to go somewhere else the next day to get it fixed. Since that was a while ago, I decided to give them another chance and hoped things had improved, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. So after seeing this spot on various social medias, I was headed to Atlanta and wanted to check it out. I did read reviews and because of the mixed feedback I wanted to still give them a chance. I called ahead of time to book an appointment. They told me an appointment was not required that I could just walk in. I did ask if the pricelist on the website was accurate and I was told no that it is not because they change what they offer each day and each month which does not make sense from a business perspective, but based on the reviews, I can understand they must not be consistent with their price for services. I have spent about 500 total at this salon in the time I have been going. First visit was a 5 star experience. My visit on 4/3 was not. The lady and gent who tag teamed my feet and hands were not friendly. They were rude. They did not care that they were hurting me. I also did not even get offered my mimosas like I did the first time. I found it to be simply not okay considering I went alone this time, and spent 205 total. 1) Prices are high so be prepared to pay and always ask before you get anything done so you are aware of what you will be paying. Mia is my go to! So far every style I've brought here she's been able to do and if she can't, she calls in for back up! I can really relax while I get my nails done. As a military person, I've traveled the world and I've been to many nail salons. This is by far the best I've ever been in. The service, the quality, the attention to detail, everything was on point!! From the time I walked in the door until I left, everyone was so nice and attentive. They do give you a free glass of wine and hookah as well. I got my nails done by Li Li and she is now the only person who can touch my hands lol. Tim is the most amazing nail tech. He has been doing my nails for approximately 8 years and the handful of times he hasn't been able to do my nails, I regret it. No other nail tech makes my nails last as long as the way he does them. He is extremely patient, super artistic and always listens and knows what I like. I only come to Buckhead Nail and Toe spa when my regular tech is unavailable and the fact that it's convenient to my home. That's how I ended up there today. I hardly ever leave reviews, but I definitely need to speak on their inconsistent pricing and their lack of reasoning for doing so as a warning to others. Each and every time I have come here, I get the SAME type of pedicure but the prices are ALWAYS different each time I am serviced. This business does NOT give itemized receipts and they DON'T explain why they don't or WHAT they are charging you for specifically and it is the most INSANE thing I've ever experienced. Typically they present you with a book of their different pedicures and the pedicure I always get is listed as $65. I don't get ANY extra designs just one basic gel color and then when I check out, the price is on the screen as 90-100 dollars. No itemization ! No NOTHING ! It's giving SCAM ! Because wtf are they doing with this extra money they are charging folks for and NOT telling them about it ?! I just want them to make it make sense and they NEVER DO !!!!! Don't even get me started on the customer service. The pedicure techs are genuinely nice (at least the ones I've interacted with), but the owner is VERY hit and miss. She can be very DRY and RUDE. Then as soon as one of those D LIST celebrities from love and hip hop come up in there, she is all smiles and giggles. Pulling out all of the bells and whistles for them. A complete joke. I say all of that to say, avoid this place ! Just because you may have seen them on IG or seen somebody from TV come here doesn't mean you have to. You can definitely get a quality pedicure elsewhere WITH an itemized receipt so that you know exactly what you are paying for. Make your own mimosa and hookah at home ! I was thankful it was open on Labor Day. Not many others were. The lady at the front desk was rude. I would say there was a language barrier but I know they fake it. She tried to tell me there was only gel polish. Once I got to the bowl the guy doing my pedicure said there was a regular polish match for each gel color. The menu said my pedicure came with a sugar scrub but I didn't get one. The guy said it's an old menu. Neither my mani or pedi lasted as long as the usually do. This place serves hookah which I don't smoke but it blew my mind. They also offer wine and water which is nice. Nail only service done at a bar. read more

This nail shop gives poor service. Before the management changed, it was better. Now, the technicians are poorly trained, and they do a poor job. Very little time is spent on preparing the nail bed for polishing. Therefore the customer gets a bumpy uneven polish coat. I will NEVER return. I gave the shop three (3) opportunities to get it right. The service got worse and worse each time. Gel pedicures are expensive! Do not waste your money going to this really inferior nail shop. I can't wait for when I'm able to come back. It's really hard for me to find nail salons that do jewelry and designs that I wanted. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. Let me start by saying I am SHOCKED this place is still in business. When you google them, there are tons of pictures advertising a nail tech named Jeremy and there is no one named Jeremy who works there. When I called to make an appointment I was told that Tina is the best and to schedule with her. When I arrived, Tina then shared that she is the owner and she doesn't even do nails. She sat me with someone named Henry, and he was very pleasant. Unfortunately, even though I had an appointment, he rushed through my service (I assume he was double booked) and they looked AWFUL. They were thick, uneven lengths and genuinely LOOKED fake. Then, I go to pay and they charged me $100!!! I paid and walked out in shock, because historically I am NEVER the person to complain. I don't send food back, I don't make someone fix a service... ever. I started to drive away and was so angry with how they looked I called Tina back. Sure as I thought, someone else was sitting at Henry's chair almost done when I returned. Henry tried to do the bare minimum on my fix and I made him file down as much as he could to start over. He then told me he often has to do them thick because people break their nails so easily. In 14 years of having acrylic overlay, I have only broken 3 nails (my own fault), and that I preferred them to look as natural as possible. I had to tell him to slow down multiple times so he wouldn't rush through like he did the first time. When I went to leave the second time, Tina wouldn't even acknowledge me. I got a full set of square shaped acrylics from Lilly. I showed the design I wanted and she said she could do. I was disappointed. She nicked the side of my thumb while filing and she could not complete my nail design request. It took two hours and fifteen minutes for me to leave unhappy. I think if you show them a photo of a design FROM THEIR IG, they should have the person who knows how to do that design provide your service. After two attempts we got the color right but not the design. I left and said I would come back another time but I will not be back. I got the paraffin pedicure, it was average. Nothing amazing for the hefty price tag. Lack luster massage & paraffin was only on for 5 minutes. It's unfortunate because I was excited to go to this salon because I viewed them on IG & liked their posts. I reached out directly and they were very communicative. I made an appointment and headed over. Upon arrival, they were expecting me & were very professional. The salon was clean. Some employees wore masks, others did not. I'm back. Well it's been about two years now and my attitude towards this establishment is vastly different from my original review. Let's dig into why shall we? So Nathan has been my personal nail tech for the past two years including just before the shut down over COVID. Those nails lasted the entire 90 days of non essential business shut down. No lifting no chips just needed a fill in like my next heart beat. I always appreciated his artistry and down to earth personality. Well I should mention that Nathan is a bit aggressive when removing nails so I have to tell him to take it easy or let me soak them first. This aggressive approach has led to my nail bed getting thinner and thinner. Which led to breaks under the nail. Which led to blood and pain. Which after some repetition over the course of two years, caused some serious fungal issues. That said, I knew I needed to do something about this so I started taking antifungals as prescribed by my doctors but I needed some sort of cover up to my now unsightly natural nails more than ever. So I kept seeing Nathan until one day he was out and suggested I see Kelly instead. I obliged but not sober than a 3 hour wait. No apologies. No wine. No water. No discount. I'm making my point here stay with me. So Kelly explained that she had thirty years experience in the nail industry and offered me suggestions for a topical treatment for the fungus Nathan caused. I also liked how she made my nails much thinner than Nathan's. So while I hated waiting for so long I walked out knowing great I have a new nail tech until this fungus clears up. Until I came for my next visit and Nathan was working. Kelly was obviously tense. Very frank. Cut and dry with all her words. It was pretty bizarre and unnerving but I started to put it all together once Nathan walked past me twice and ignored my greetings. Basically it was a nail tech war. Apparently his friend Kelly had taken one of his long time clients and after talking about how much better she was at doing nails than him, I come back for her to do them and now she's singing a different tune. That's not my business honey just do my nails. It's nothing personal, just business. Other BNTS highlights: $55 for some little bitty grandma lashes with no curl whatsoever, got a eyebrow wax only for Tina to mangle them then ask if I wanted to tip, they have no price list so they just pull a number out their azzes when you go to checkout, parking is a pain, you're left waiting forever even if you have an appointment, many times your services are rushed especially when the next appointment arrives in the middle of your service, they have no rewards program, and they couldn't care less about the experience of their customers just their money. Techs: Kelly, Nathan, Sam and Ann are the top manicurists in terms of design execution. The rest are very average to poor. Helen is the best pedicurist in the house. She has the most experience and is the sweetest. I don't trust any of the new ppl so use them at your own discretion. I would recommend asking for the top techs by name over the phone and setting up an appointment because they're always too booked and busy for walk ins. But as for me, considering the over pricing, the extensive fungus on multiple nails, the unprofessionalism, the inattentiveness to proper nail care, and the overall greed that this place is overwrought with, I gotta give this place one star. But listen I'm going to give Kelly one more shot as it's my birthday in the next few day and I know she will do a good job but this is likely my very last time letting these people service me. read more

When I asked her why this charge - she said because you did a full pedicure- when I told her I didn't ... she didn't believe me and wanted to touch my feet to check if I was lying.
