Someone recommended this place. My nails are terrible. They are uneven. The polish is clumpy and doesn't cover entire nail. Ashley did my nails. She was inpatient. I was trying my best to explain that I did not want thick nails. I was getting a fill and a pedicure. She acted as if I was asking for something hard. So, she spoke back and forth to the lady next to her in their language, then that lady stands up and comes over and grabs my hand and starting filing my nail really hard! I had to tell her to stop. It's just sad. I spoke with Lauren, the owner and he was not any better. I am so tired of going to places like this and being disrespected while they are suppose to be providing a service. I was a walk-in and there were enough nail technicians to take care of everyone with no waiting. It was very clean and the instruments were opened from a sealed package in front of me. I chose #5 from the menu, which was a step above basic pedicure. The technician used just the right amount of pressure in the leg massage and always checked with me about the temperature of water, towels, and hot stones. I've been to this salon a few times, but I've noticed recently as I go in that they're taking longer and longer to seat you, even when you have an appointment. Today after waiting for 20 minutes past our appointment time, my daughter and I finally just got up and left. Several walk-ins had been taken before us. I ended up getting a bacterial infection which is from not cleaning your supplies. I have been getting my nails done for years and tried this place out and that happened. I've never gotten that before. When I called to tell the manager about it he was not understanding at all and was not nice about it. Several manicure and pedicure sections that you're able to walk into. Definitely don't go on a weekend morning or prime time during the week (5-6pm) if you don't want to wait. The best time for me was afternoon on a Sunday to get in. The place is beautiful and feels high class. I don't have any issues with my nails when I leave, they helped me fix a smudge issue when I accidentally hit one of their carrying trays, and they are usually very communicative. Love all of the options that they have for pedicures and the team is good about not overdoing it when I say I have ticklish feet. They also have timers to make sure they're giving you the massage you've signed up for. Though I do thing they could massage the feet more, it's mostly just rubbing your legs. I really like that I can pay via Venmo, credit card, cash and other payment apps. I've talked with the girl several times whose parents own the place and she's awesome. This salon is beautiful, the front desk staff is friendly, and I am always able to get an appointment which is awesome. Now I am a really crazy about my nails because it's the only thing I usually do for myself and this place delivered. They have a color that I LOVE that I've searched for forever. My most recent experience here was with a pedicure. I feel like the person who did my nails might have been new and maybe nervous. I wasn't disappointed in the service but I felt like maybe she was holding back because she was scared to mess anything up. They take their time so you don't feel rushed. I've been to this salon about 7 or 8 times before but this time was the worst experience I've ever encountered at a nail shop in my life. I came in yesterday and got a fill as I've done many times before but this time I noticed the younger boy (who has never done my nails before yesterday) put "soak off gel" on top of my set before using the electric file to file my cuticle area I didn't say anything because I thought maybe he thought that my nails might've been lumpy not sure and even though I wasn't 100% satisfied with my nails like the times before I still paid $100+ & I still tipped and told him thank you being that I'm a business owner I try to be generous of the time that went into him doing my nails. When I left I did notice my nails were thinner than they were all the other time hence as to why I wasn't 100% satisfied with my nails. Today I went to work and literally reached for a comb and the acrylic on top of my nail chipped off. It didn't break it just chipped and my real nail was still in tact. When I went to further examine my nails I could see that the acrylic was SUPER thin almost down to my real nail it kind of looked like dip powder that's how thin the acrylic was. What happened was the acrylic was so thin that my real nail bent a little and chipped the acrylic in half that's why only the top portion of the nail acrylic came off and my nail wasn't broken. So I called the nail salon and spoke with a lady I explained to her the situation and she asked me to come in at 12 I explained to her I was at work and I wouldn't able to make it until about 6-6:30 (they close at 7) I got off a little later than expected but from me going there often I know they don't even take walk ins after 6:30 so I called the salon once I got off and spoke to the male receptionist and explained to him I wouldn't be able to make it in time today could I come tomorrow and get a nail fix and a layer of acrylic applied on the rest of my nails to avoid this problem in the future. He says "We will be too busy in the morning come at 12 or 1 and we can only fix your nail that broke not the other nails" I explained to him that I had to be at work tomorrow so I could only come in the morning and I asked him, If I get my nail fixed how can you assure me that rest of my nails won't break from them being so thin? He proceed to tell me "We won't have an acrylic nail tech here in the morning and you would have to come up here so I can see your nails". Previously he just told me they would be too busy but now there will be no acrylic nail tech??? Almost everyone in this salon does acrylic nails so I'm not sure why it wouldn't be anybody in the morning that's not going acrylic. Anyway after getting off the phone with him it was about 6:52 when I left work I just went ahead and stopped there on my way home so he could get a better idea of how my nails actually looked. I got to the salon at about 6:58-7:00 once I got in the salon I showed him my nails and explained to him the same thing I told him on the phone he barely looked at my nails and told me "just because you get a fill doesn't mean your nails aren't going to break" I proceeded to tell him that there's no way my acrylic should have chipped off of my nail in not even 24hrs. He says to me "We can only fix your nail that's it" I agreed to get my nail fixed when really I should've just left and went to a different salon but I proceeded to get my nail fixed he went and got the same young guy to fix my nail I told him I didn't want him to fix them just because I knew he would do them the same exact way the young boy proceeded to laugh and the male receptionist proceeds to tell me "he's the only one who can fix your nails because he knows the colors" I couldn't even believe he said that because I literally have a Basic White French Tip there is nothing spectacular about my nail that makes him the only one to be able to do my nails. As we go back and fourth a sweet young lady came with her supplies and go started on working on my nail to diffuse the situation and I've actually gotten my nails done by her before so I was comfortable with her doing it. She was so sweet the whole time and very gentle and did the nail fix PERFECT! I'm going to insert a picture of the nail fix and how much thinner my other nails are in comparison. I ended up tipping her $40 just because out of everybody she really wanted to fix the issue and that speaks volumes on her customer service. All in all do not go here male receptionist and the young male were completely UNPROFESSIONAL and I would not recommend this salon to anyone ever! Not even if this is your last option just wait to go somewhere else. Had an appointment at 2 today and was not touched until 2:35. DO NOT OVER BOOK YOUR CLIENTS!!! Time is way too valuable to be sitting in a nail salon bc of your poor scheduling! I offer grace due to the weather and even If you experience a shortage of employees for other reasons, let your customers know. A 10 minute wait is one thing but 35 minutes is ridiculous and then you didn't discount my service, so nope, I won't be back. Way too many nail places popping up for you to less than mediocre! There is definitely a reason this salon doesn't have great reviews. Two friends and I had an appointment for a mani and pedi. Took 3 hours and we never did get our manicure because we watched them seat 6 walk ins before us. When I asked about it they said they forgot. Very poor management and scheduling. I ended up going to a salon in bellevue that was 100% better. My fingernails look so much better than my toenails. I feel like having my pedicure redone. I highly recommended avoiding this salon. This place is really hit or miss depending on who you end up with. Don't bother making an appointment either, because you'll sit for at least another 30 minutes past your scheduled time before they even sit you down. Once you sit at a nail table you'll wait another 15 for someone to come help you. They'll always continue to seat walk-ins and no seats will be reserved for incoming appointments, so there's really no point in setting one up. They don't do everything listed on the menu on the service you ask for. I had to ask and even then, they didn't do everything. They also juke you on massage minutes by cutting off half the time. they also file off the ends/seal of the gel so it peels off and lifts quicker so you go in sooner than expected. read more

I just moved to Nebraska from New York Celine nail bar is the closest to my new home. The first time I went a few weeks ago I got the feeling they were very "HOUTEY TOITEY " nose in the air people. But I thought I'd give it another chance especially due to it's convenience . today I walked into the shop the same women who seems to be some sort of manager and was off and on taking care of her client last time, sat down with me . UGH she immediately grabbed her phone ,walked back and forth on the floor while a girl gave me a book with 40 or so colors of polish. Finally back to me I tried to have a conversation about the length and what I needed while she rudely got up mid conversation left and came back, not one but a few times. I politely tried to ask if perhaps more colors were available in powders since for the second time I had only been offered a small book with few colors. She didn't understand enough English to understand me and as I tried to explain a Man sitting a few seats over attending to another customer chimed in telling me they offer over 800 colors to which I responded ,"I was new and no one had ever even offered me more or explained !."He was clearly agitated at me for questioning their shop and raised his voice and told me he didn't want to confuse me after a few other offensive comments. To be honest I told him he was being very rude and that I was new to the shop had no been told (clearly they think everyone should be mind readers ) and that I didn't have to give them my money ,there are plenty other shops !.This is definitely not how I or anyone should expect to be treated . when I'm sitting down to a SERVICE I'm paying for I expect to get the same respect and attention I give .Perhaps CELINE FORGOT they are not to high and mighty to loose they're customers if they don't treat them right pretty sinks don't buy customers and honestly you get more conversation from a stone at this place... if your looking for a nice warm experience don't look into Celine they're as cold as ICE !!!!!! read more

The lady who did my pedicure started off the first few MINUTES okay, then it was down hill from there. She was on her phone half the time, giving me a one handed massage. Then I had to tell her to FILE my nails! Then she burned me with the hot stone. But, despite all that I was still willing to give her the benifit of the doubt. Then she started to give me a regular pedicure... When I had asked for a gel. Still I wasn't that upset. Not until she left me to go to the back of the salon, without a word or backword glance, or a thank you for my business. As the minutes passed (10min), I had to ask the lady next to me, who was giving her customer her undivided attention, if my person was going to come back?!? Now I am pissed!
