I came YESTERDAY to get my nails done and i paid $65.00 for french tip! Only for it to be chipping the next day! I even got shellac ! I was trying to make conversation with my nail tech and she made it clear she wanted nothing to do with me but business and money. Don't remember her first name but overall i had a bad experience. I got a dip manicure and a the spa pedicure. I loved my experience. My technician did wonders with my real nails! I love them so much. My only complaint is that we paid for specialty pedicures and the massage was soooo short. Maybe 5 min. I also had pretty bad calluses on my big toes and they didn't bring out the cheese grater to really get rid of it. They just scrubbed it a bit. Overall, great experience. Salon is very nice and clean, nice staff. First visit was fantastic and my nails lasted long and looked perfect. Next dip I got, the topcoat was peeling after a day, and the pedicure I paid $60 for, the paint looks terrible, and it's not even, and they didn't even get all of the old polish off the corners. The pedicure itself was relaxing and long, but the cuticle work on my toes and the paint job was poor. read more

Usually receive good service here but tonight was different. I walked in with my friend to get nails done to celebrate her birthday. We got there at 5:45pm knowing they close at 7pm. Had to wait about 20-25 min to get seated which was fine since we were a walk in. Both our pedicures took til close to be finished. Mind you, we got just a classic pedicure each. Since they were close to closing they didn't put us under the fans to dry our nails they just had us sit in the pedicure chairs to dry. Mine weren't close to being dry so one of the ladies sprayed my toes with a quick dry spray and said I would be good to go. I paid for both pedi's plus tip. I got home being careful with my toes for about an hour or so. I sat cross legged on my couch after and by 10pm 3 hours after I got my toes done I looked down and the polish is smudged and ruined. I am so upset because I dropped $68 plus tip. I also noticed that there was no top coat added to my polish so now my toes are not only ruined but also my color is bland and looks really bad. Had the best pedicure I've had in a long time on Thursday! The did a great job and he took his time and it didn't seem rushed like some places do for pedicures. Lily did my shellac manicure and my nails look so much better! The nail salon was so beautiful inside and really clean! They had great promos going on and we're even giving out gift bags to some of the other people for their grand opening! read more

I wanted to give a great review so bad but the service I received was awful. I went in on a Monday at 3pm and wanted a full set. During this time, a woman doing my nails was distracted by numerous customers walking in and her coworkers. I asked for a French tip to be added beforehand and she agreed but then proceeded to say she would paint it on after. I was hesitant but agreed because she was so confident. By 4:30, she was nowhere close to being finished with the base coat and became increasingly more stressed as customers continued to walk in and call. At about 5 I told her I had to leave to prep for my birthday dinner and she said I should come back on Thursday so she can then do the French tip. The base coat she finished with was lumpy and thick but at this point, I figured she'd correct it on Thursday. She charged me $80 which is insane for the work she did but I paid it and even tipped her because I figured it'd be fixed later on.... Come Thursday I walk in and she again is trying to convince me to do something other than I asked for. So I say let's forget the French and just give me a pale pink so I can go. During this time, she has another woman taking care of one hand as she does the other hand. At this point, 3/4 other nail techs come to look over what is happening. And it became so awkward and uncomfortable because they were all speaking in a different language and laughing and hovering over me. My anxiety at this point was through the roof and I kept looking at other patrons and they too were looking at me like it was an uncomfortable experience. This went on for over an hour... by the time I realize my nails again don't look anything like I've asked, I tell her I have to go and she says to come back in 3 weeks so she can add the French tip. She then says she's charging me $35 for the work they did and explained that she was essentially giving me a "deal". Again, I paid this because I did not want to be rude and cause a scene and also because at this point, my anxiety was through the roof as everyone was still staring at me. So I paid and left. The treatment I received was appalling and especially being charged again for work that is still not good. My nails are lumpy and you can see all of the leftover drilling's underneath the nails. It was my birthday and I drove to Elkhorn from Downtown Omaha twice in a week and paid for two separate services that still don't look good. read more

Nope! I have been getting my nails dipped every 2-3weeks for over a year. my usual salon was overbooked so I tried this salon. By day two, 3 of my nails broke. By end of week 2, another cracked down the middle, the tips are chipped and my nails are splitting away from the dip. I have never had this problem before. When I left I was given a card with a 7 day warranty, but I was out of town for the week. I emailed the salon just as soon as we returned and never got a response. Not sure if it's the product they use or the fact they only put 2 coats on, but I will never be back! read more

I've been going to this place with a friend of mine for about 5 months or so. In the beginning my nails were amazing. The last four times have been anything but. I always get dip nails and a shellac pedicure. The pedicure is fairly normal and my feet still are a little rough around the big toe and heel.
