My daughter got her mani & pedi from Katie (I think her name was) and she loved it. Katie was so attentive and really had a full conversation with my daughter. After visiting their Livingston Mall location I had to give their Menlo Park Mall a chance and boy did they not disappoint. Greeted the second we walked in with a very welcoming atmosphere we knew we would be in for another great experience. My daughter loved every second. The staff was very attentive and playful the entire time. Definitely recommend this place to everyone who has a princess at home! I do recommend calling in advance to set up an appointment! I felt the employee need training on dealing with customers, and cleanliness in their work, and have a checklist of the package you purchased. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Complete rip off. I took My daughter a few weeks ago for a mani pedi and before we left the mall the nail polish peeled off in entirely. By the time we got home they all peeled off! The quality of the nail polish is trash. I've taken her to get her nails done with me at the regular salon and not only is it cheaper it actually lasts! At a real salon they even cut and clean her nails and have a real pedicure tub with bubbles. Here all thr are doing is painting nails. No filing no cutting. Thr pedicure is a bucket of water basically. Your better off buying a kids pedicure spa kid and having a spa day at home which actually has bubbles. Got $40 per kid this place is nothing more than painting your nailed and wearing a robe! Even my daughter said she'd rather go to the salon with me! Thankfully I realized this before planning her bday here! It's be embarrassing having kids nails come off before even getting home. Not worth it one bit! read more

We went today. Brought my 3 year old and her 3 year old cousin. They were SO excited and so well behaved. They took the manicures very seriously. The nail polish is cheap and kept chipping off by the time we left. By the time we got home, I had to run back to Walgreens to get more kiddie polish to calm a couple meltdowns. But that's besides the point lol. The nail techs were GREAT With my girls. However, I don't know her name but the lady who seemed "in charge" was absolutely horrible to us. So, so rude. Rushed us out because they had a party coming even though we had appts!! We were in and out in 30 mins. We bought dresses, purses and two manicures totaling 78 each. And this lady had the audacity to be so rude. Followed my girls around as if we were in Tiffany's with glassware everywhere. Told me that we'd have to pay for the stuffed animals if they ripped the tags off. NO one was ripping tags off. We asked to show us where we can purchase dresses and she rolled her eyes. I'm just appalled. I will never go back. I let her know how rude she was and she threw her hands in the air and said "wow". How about "I'm sorry??" Where is the customer service? just horrible. read more
