This guy is a completely racist scammer... Foul melt and rude... He puts the wrong parts on phones and doesn't put them back together properly.. I wish I listened to the reviews before seeing him he put the wrong parts on my phone a screen from another phone on it and the screen was squared on the edges and not rounded... He will do anything to get your business and tell you anything and then use the wrong parts.. as long as your phone has power he thinks it's fixed and good and after you leave the store and have paid them there's no aftercare you're screwed.. Thought he walked on water when I first went in. Was driving from Toronto to Montreal and my battery was dying, couldn't be charged. While I was there and he was replacing it with a $30 battery (I got excited because he had one in stock and the price was reasonable - the one other place I found wanted $130 and three days to order it), I asked for a new screen protector. The one he put on is curling up at the edges and he said would be fine when I put the whole case back on, the case would keep it down. Frankly I'd have rathered to get one that worked without something else needing to hold it down. The battery he sold me was not charged, was second-hand and charges really slowly. Does it work? Yep. Did he get it all done in about 20 minutes? Yep. Did he encourage me to buy an external battery charger so that I always have a spare? Yep, and I can't blame him since I was the one who agreed to it. Does my phone still have charging difficulties and still take forever to charge? Yep. But at least it DOES charge. All in all, he did decent work. Didn't admit that the battery was second hand, though I'd have had to be blind not to spot it. The screen protector, new battery and external charger were $60. Was he good in a crunch? Yep. He failed to fix the problem on my iphone screen. On top of that, did a sloppy job at replacement, leaving glue hanging out and misaligned home button. When I went back to complain, he rudely refused to admit there was anything wrong. There are other places in town that give a money back guarantee. Went there to get an Ipad screen replace... When I took it I did not look right away at the job done. I realized 2 minutes after that the Job was not done properly. The screen was partially not properly glue to the ipad and when they removed the screen they actually ripped of everything in a really messy way. I went back right away and the first answer was : Well it is warranty for a month so just come back after the screen is falling of the ipad. I insisted and they finally agreed to do something. They kept the ipad and they just added a lot more glue...that ended up all over the screen. At that point I realized the On/off button was not working anymore. They basically told me to go to hell and that they don't care. After a few investigation a well establish and professional repair men told me the problem with the on off button was actually cause bye a cheap defective part that was installed. Once I turned off the magic cover sleep option I was able to use the on/off again. I went back to the store and they told me they don't care at all. There is no option for zero star rating so I am forced to give a 1 out of 5. I would recommend that you steer clear of this shop for iPhone or iPad repairs. Even simple screen repairs this shop seems to bugger up. He replaced my iPads screen and it wasn't glued on properly and in some areas not at all. I returned to the shop bad he attempted to fix my complaint but all he did was add more glue (which I believe was contact cement). It froze my home button and went inside the screens surface in a couple areas. My iPad hasn't worked the same since he touched it. read more

Do not go here! I also should have read reviews before getting my phone fixed here. After cracking the screen on my iPhone 6, I went in to get a simple screen replacement. Upon getting my phone back, I realized that the touch screen would not register when I would try to use it, consistently kept glitching, in addition to opening random apps, and sending emails/texting without touching the screen. It was completely useless. I have never had this problem before I got it fixed here. Also - I bought a protective screen and asked for the guy to put it on my phone and he put in on crooked, with dirt under the screen (so I had to remove it - even though that also cost me money). I went back in to Cell Phone Doctor to complain, and they were of no help. They claimed it was my problem, and that another fix would be another few hundred dollars (even though on my previous bill I was gouged) and would take no responsibility for the damage they had done to my phone. Once returning home, I got it fixed at a reputable place and it only cost me 30 dollars (far off from the cell phone doctor quote) despite all the damage that was done to my phone. I should have read the reviews before attempting to have my iphone screen replaced here. He put a cracked screen on my phone, I trusted his work and put the case back on the phone right away. I realized approximately 26 hours later the the corner of the screen was in fact, cracked. The owner said because longer than 24 hours had passed there was nothing he could do. read more
