I brought my iPhone 12 Pro in to have the back glass replaced (badly cracked each time, yeah I suck) and to have a new battery installed. Every single guy I've interacted with has been awesome. They are very friendly, work quickly, care about the customers and are VERY accommodating. HOW accommodating you might ask? Well I brought my phone in yesterday to have the back glass and battery replaced. They were able to fix the back glass no problem but did not have the battery at the north park location so they asked to come in tomorrow. I mentioned that I wouldn't make it by closing because of my work commute. Well that didn't deter them from being awesome at all. Not only did Miguel, from the downtown shop, bring the battery up from his store, but he showed up at the north park location 30 minutes after closing AND replaced the battery for me. I choose to support local businesses and I am MORE than happy to spend some time writing up a review (here and on google) for great people behind a great local small business. It was still able to turn on but the charging port was not working. I called a few places and they all said they couldn't fix it. Luckily, I called Payless wireless. Instead of telling me "no" right away, they told me to bring it in for them to look at- which I did. They kept it for a day and Nasser was able to fix it. He said it was still wet when he opened it up and was able to get it all dry and fix the charging port. I don't remember what he did exactly since this was years ago. I just wanted to say, thank you for the great customer service, good pricing, and for taking the time to look at it when everyone else wouldn't. I'm still use the same laptop.
