Left my IPad to be repaired I'm the original owner I dropped it in the case and the screen cracked at the top. Left it here to be replaced after getting a phone screen repaired yesterday! Beware if you pay cash for some reason you don't have to pay taxes but if you pay cash you pay no taxes :( So be prepared to pay more if you don't have cash! The screen was clearly left all Janky on the bottom. I expected it to be a flawless screen replacement all the outside bevel were pristine as I have always left it in the case since I have owned it ! I brought it to their attention and they said they can't be responsible for the bevel seal when replacing the glass screen! No let me deduct x amount or anything g just a hostile response from the person replacing them saying she didn't have time to look for my original glass in the garbage and she had a lot of work to do. So if that is the kind of service you want then this is the place for you ! I will not be back and advise others to stay away! While I was in the store another patron was there and the manager had words with him not professional at all When they called me back saying they would give me a free screen protector because of what happened o talked to the guy and I said I own a business and that's no way to treat customers if you want to stay in business He said they make thousands of dollars a week and they didn't really need my business or the other guys business and they would be fine without it! A waste of time and money. They repaired my daughter's iPhone 6 screen and a day later the face separated from the unit. My daughter return the phone for repair, she was told that she should get a case for her phone. The iPhone 6 does not arrive with a case so obvious the phone is designed to work without a case. Had screen and battery replaced. Screen had touch issues (behaved as if it was rapidly being touched, keyboard automatically typing...). Took back twice and they did something and it worked better. A few months later, the battery expanded, cracking the screen and making button stop working. When I took it back they stated that it was caused by overcharging...leaving the battery charging overnight. This voided their warranty. This place seems to use faulty parts. Since they only take cash you will have no leverage or real recourse when (not if) you have a problem. read more

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME, THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THIER WORK. TERRIBLE WORK!!! I brought my iPhone 6 in for water damage, life proof case leaked and my phone wouldn't work. After calling up CPRC, they assured me they can fix water damaged phones... GREAT.... Then I paid them $140 cash... Since they only take cash. 40 minutes later, my phone is back on!!! I was very happy about that. However, the home button doesn't work, not only the fingerprint scanner (any home button other than the original from Apple won't scan fingers) but the button itself doesn't wake the phone from sleep mode. One day later the screen is coming apart from the phones frame. Brought it back and was told they can't do anything about it, they're too busy, come back tomorrow or leave your phone here. Came back the next day and they say 30 minutes it'll be fixed... They gave it back and within an hour, the screen was coming apart again! Their best solution to this was to put a case on the phone that keeps pressure on the screen....that's your solution? See attached photos of the finished product and judge for yourself. read more

I am very dissatisfied with the customer assistance and company service I received from this "repair center." They repaired nothing..... My phone had a cracked screen, but it was still working great! I come to this local to get the broken screen fixed, only to come out with even more problems: the touch of the screen did not work effectively after the repair. I came in to the local multiple times to show them how my phone was not working and maybe they should take a look, but each time my phone decided to act fine. Finally, I come in to get it fixed because the phone screen is no longer working at all, and they say that it is passed my warranty and need to pay for a new screen repair full charge. They did not own up to their mistake of not fixing the phone correctly, ignored their customer's needs, and did not abide by their businesses guarantees. DO THEY REALLY THINK I AM GOING TO PAY TO HAVE THESE PROBLEMS AGAIN? No thanks, I am done with this company and never plan to return again. read more

NEVER EVER EVER EVER BRING ANY OF YOUR ELECTRONIC DEVICES HERE. I will never make that mistake again. I would give them NO STARS if that were a thing on yelp. I brought in two iPhone 6s to get the cracked screens replaced and we had originally agreed on $250 over the phone. When I got there and gave them the phones, they told me it would be an hour. So I left, and when I came back they gave me both phones back. I was checking them to see if they were good to go, and I find that there was a black dot on the inside of my screen. I told the worker and her response to this was "oh, it won't get any bigger, so try to ignore it." ...TRY TO IGNORE IT.... What in the world. So I told her that I'd rather not "try to ignore it" and would like for them to replace it again for me, since they clearly didn't do a very good job. So she took it to the back to go talk to, who I believe is the manager, and when she came back out, she said they would have to charge me an extra $50 to get a new screen. IT WASNT EVEN MY FAULT THAT IT HAPPENED. After getting them to just fix the screen for me, I took it home thinking I wouldn't ever have to deal with them anymore. BUT WAS I WRONG. While they were in there fixing it, they forget to reconnect the microphone or something. When I brought it back, they tried telling me it was my fault. I refused to leave until they fixed it for me because I brought it and and paid for it to get fixed-- NOT TO LEAVE WITH MORE PROBLEMS. I Will never ever EVER bring my electronics back to this place EVER AGAIN. It was my mistake, and for luck of a better way to say this-- they literally suck. This place is amazing I have an IPhone 7 Plus and sadly have had to replace my screen 3 times now. Most places will quote me $130 to $160 to do a replacement screen. I found this location that has done an extremely wonderful job and I only paid $80 with an extra $20 for a screen protector and case. Their customer service is excellent and they are fast with the repair. If I have to replace my screen again (hopefully I won't have to) I will be back here for sure. read more

This place is here to take your money. I came by to get my iphone lighting port fix, After 3 hours picked up my iphone. Now, the headphone jack doesnt work and no one could hear me besides putting it on loudspeaker, i also still have the same issue with lighting port not charging. Came back the same day and ask to get it check out again but they wanted to charged me again to look at it, which clearly was still having the same issue plus the other issue. I just got the run around and decided to give up. My advice is to run as far away from this cell phone repair shop. read more

I'm very disappointed in this place. Let me explain: I brought my LG G3 in about a month and a half ago because I had been clumsy enough to shatter the screen. Obviously my fault. The price seemed in line with the place that I had taken it to before, but with a location that's much closer. I went and ate lunch close by, and when I got back, the guy handed me my phone and told me that I'd need to bring it back next week. When I powered it on, I saw why. The Touch screen had been replaced, but the previously OK LCD screen had been trashed. I'm assuming by stress. It had wide swaths of the screen that were washed out. Also, all of the touch points weren't working right, although I didn't realize this until later. When I went back on the day they asked me to come back, they hadn't gotten the part in. SIGH. Fortunately, this isn't my only phone, so I was able to live with this. For the next 3 weeks, I'd come in a few times a week and have to remind them that my phone wasn't working. I got all sorts of stories about the part being sent wrong, or being on back-order. Finally, after those 3 weeks, I was told that they had the part. Mind you, I was never ONCE contacted, even though they had my number. I had to go into the store every single time. I dropped off my phone, and they told me it would be ready in an hour. Well, I couldn't make it back in that day, so I went in the next, and was told that it wasn't ready, but it would be in.... drum roll... an hour! Needless to say, that didn't happen. It took about a week for me to get back in, and at that point I was informed that they had to order a sensor for the phone. I also noticed that the back cover wasn't snapping on right, and the clerk noticed me noticing... more on that later. Fast forward 2 weeks, and me walking in to a tense situation happening in the store. 4 Firefighters and 2-3 police were talking to this guy with gang tats (tear on the face, and tats all over his arms). He sounded like he was high as hell too. They were trying to talk him into a ride to the hospital, and he was slurring all sorts of BS. The only reason I mention this is because it made me want to get in and out quickly. I'm not one for stupid drama, even though this review might make the reader think otherwise. I took my now completed phone and left. I got in the car and drove to another parking lot and powered it up and everything was working. But that's when I noticed that they had replaced by front screen with a white facing! I have the black phone, or at least HAD the black variety. When I pulled the sticker with my name on it off of the phone, I noticed that the back cover (You remember the back cover, right?) wasn't mine. It had an AT&T logo. I have the Sprint variety. They had put a cheap back cover that lacked the antennas on it! That means I can't use NFC or wireless charging. Kind of a big deal for me, as I actually use both. I ordered a replacement at my own expense. That still won't get me a black front face of course. I've decided to cut my losses and not go back in to deal with these people. Every time they touch my phone, they disappoint me. There's no way I'll ever darken their doorway again, and I even considered a small claims court action. But I've decided to simply put this message here so that the next person who looks these guys up has some context as to why I rated them so low. TL;DR - Caveat Emptor read more

I am really bummed. I was super excited to have gotten my 7plus screen repaired here for a really good price (90) and when I got in my car to leave the colors looked weird but I thought it was just that I was use to seeing my phone broken. fast forward a couple weeks to the bottom half of my screen randomly not working anymore as far as touch goes. I called the girls (whom are extremely nice ) and they said to come in to look at it. they found a crack on the bottom right of the screen which I didn't even see or notice and didn't drop my phone so im confused how it got there and how it would affect the entire bottom half of my screen from working when ive previously had screens work when the entire thing is almost missing from so many cracks and missing glass. they offered to send it out to have it repaired but if it wasn't going to be covered it would cost 60. sprint wouldn't touch my phone since I had gotten it fixed here. im just bummed ive had this screen replaced for not even a month and it quit working due to what they say is a tiny scratch underneath the lcd on the bottom right hand corner which isn't even visible. I would probably not take the chance of coming here if the screens are defective like this. unfortunate because I really wanted to support these owners because they were really cool. read more

Terrible! I took an iPad to get fixed. The female at the front desk told me it would take an hour to get the screen replaced. Came back within an hour, they told me 30 more min. The guy who seemed to be doing the repairing the female he couldn't do it because of a small dent in one corner! Uh hello I'm standing right...well he was super rude!
