When we arrived, the staff was helpful. The guy who assisted us examined the phone and gave us the same quote as well as a timeline, within a day. We gave them a contact number and they said they would reach out when it's finished. The next day, we got a call or text (I don't remember) that it was ready. We returned shortly to pick it up. I dropped off my phone only to have them ruin it and tell me it would cost $225 to fix it. 4 miles down the road another company agreed to look at it and determined that Rapid Iphone damaged my phone and all the work they had done was incorrectly and poorly done. to date, not a word from Rapid Iphoke repair. Choose anyone else but them. They're high priced, but their service is garbage.
