I say that because I'm one of those annoying people who doesn't much care for leaving tips; I'd rather see them just put the "tip" into the cost of the service. But it's not that big a deal. I contacted the company, and they said there is a one-year warranty, but MF Phone had to send the screen back, and the supplier of the screen will look at the screen to see if the issue was by neglect or water damage; so, the bull they gave was that the phone was damaged. I did not drop the phone, and it did not have water damage. The screen was defective. So I will post my receipt showing the date of repair and the name and number of the company that MF purchased the screen from. When a business must buzz you in, it's up to some shady stuff. When we got it back, the camera was messed up and the battery only lasts 30 minutes. They tell me that it's water damage and that's to be expected. I told them that they're the "experts" and they should've mentioned that possibility either before or when it was opened up, instead of telling me it would be "like new". They were rude after we discussed with them and wouldn't even give us a deal if we wanted to put in a new battery with them. They were dishonest with us up front, as we probably wouldn't have paid $350 for a repair that leaves the phone mostly useless. Now we had to pay that AND likely have to pay to replace the entire phone. Don't trust these people.

However, it took me 4 times back and forth cost more than 2 months and my phone got more problem every time I got back my phone back from this store. I wish I have NEVER been to this store!! I was asking for repair the screen with groupon, I made the call before I went to the store to check whether the time is good for me to come. They said yes and when I am at the store, I was told they suddenly got several come-in repair cases, then I have to go back for nothing! We rescheduled the time and this time at the end, the guy told me I have to buy extra back housing of my phone to fit in my new screen to the phone, the initial groupon was $50, and then the back housing was $70, the Apple Store cost is $130. So, the cost is almost the same as the official store but with extremely ridiculous experience! We bought the back housing and then got back the phone after several hours! However the back housing was not completely replaced and the back piece was scratched horribly!! Right the moment I reached them and asked them to re-order the NEW one and replace the bad one they gave me! After couple days, I found my phone battery dropped down extremely fast and suddenly raised up!! Extremely unstable!

So i did not hesitate to call him again for the back glass of my iPhone 13 pro Well Tom came over and sat in his van and fixed my iPhone 13 pro or at least I thought so. I came inside and not 10 minutes later my front screen was popping off of the phone. I messaged and told him about this, and he responded back with telling me that because they had to remove the clips to remove the back the front clips might be lose well it was more than that the LCD screen was off and on even when it was just sitting there on the table. I messaged again that morning asking if someone could come and look at my phone because I cannot send him a screenshot of the damage obviously and he blew me off for about a week. Finally, he had someone named Ian come out to look at the front screen and Ian told me that the clips on the front were,gone so I got my iPhone 13 pro fixed the back glass was broken on it nut nothing was wrong with the front of the glass at all. After booking an appointment someone who has an issue with their work you are no longer important because they won't come back and fix it unless they charge you again and again they don't even give you a discount I learned a lesson to never do business with someone who is not apple certified yeah he charges 100 dollars to fix your phone however it takes him all of 3 minutes to do it and it'll be broken again in less than a month so if you just bite the bullet and go to an apple certified place and pay maybe 200 your phone will still be eligible for trade in and it won't break permanently in a money or less i mean if you want to throw the phone away let him fix it or if you think because someone knows something you don't you can watch a YouTube video and learn how to do it just as easily and not give your money to this greedy man he is hands down a crook i promise you the biggest crook!!!
