I can't recommend this shop enough. The first time I called, I was still shopping around and genuinely unsure what to do with my phone. I didn't know if it made more sense to sell it, replace a part, or do something else entirely. Instead of pushing me to come in or trying to make a sale, they actually walked me through all my options in a really thorough way. They explained their pricing clearly and also helped me understand what different repair paths mean cost wise depending on where you go, so I could make an informed decision. That level of transparency really stood out and made it clear they weren't just trying to get me through the door. I've since been there twice for repairs, and both experiences were great. Everything was fast, transparent, and affordable. I've never waited more than 10 to 15 minutes in the waiting room. The second repair was more involved, but they were upfront about the timing. I dropped my phone off, came back about an hour and a half later, and it was ready. When I later noticed a small issue and brought it back, they took care of it immediately with no hassle and no complaints. The space itself is quaint, and they usually have something funny playing on the TV, which is a nice touch. No answer of their business phone during working hours, ever, after multiple attempts on multiple days. The voicemail says you may call and leave a text for a call back, which I did, and never received a call or text back answering if they could do my repair. I have no idea what would happen if I walked in, but this is just bad business practices. I won't ever try again. read more

Tony and his team are all about customer service. I called him 10 minutes before closing time and said I'm 10 minutes away but that I had a cracked iphone that needed a new screen. He told me it was no problem and to take my time driving, he'll be there when i arrive. They take your phone & after a few days then never call you back to tell you they don't have that part. Even though they promised they did on the phone. When I went to be pick up my phone that wasn't fixed after 48 hours I encountered another very angry customer who had this company flat out lose her phone! Have used them three times for cell and iPad repair. Chosen primarily for convenience of location. Sure they can probably fix whatever but you will be given MAJOR attitude. Each encounter I've had they have been rude. I called today to inquire on a repair. I was scoffed at when I questioned the price and was told he could "give me the tools" to fix it myself. Despite the name they also repair computers. I had a problem with the connection from my Surface to the printer and spent hours the prior day trying to fix it. I called Cell Repair Techs the next morning and one of the employees was over within 30 minutes of the call. It took an hour, but he was able to figure out the problem (hours with Microsoft support went no where). Quick and proficient service for a reasonable price. I spent nearly $250 dollars on a phone screen and protector......within a few days my phone started going haywire......for several weeks I battled with phone issues and then finally ...just had to buy a new phone....the guys at T-Mobile looked at the phone and said it was completely the fault of whoever replaced my screen. I went by 5/9/2022 and my wife's iPad Pro was not working. The owner and employees where very helpful. They helped me when Apple would not. They figured out my issue (with in 5 mins) and gave me a couple of options. What I appreciated most, was the honesty about the repair. The guys over at Cell Repair Techs lost a sale because they told me that it would not be worth it to fix the iPad, verses buying a new one. My phone started acting up last name night. It said my phone was disabled and to try again in 15 minutes I tried and then it said try again in an hour. What was supposed to take one day to replace a cracked iPad 10.5 screen has turned into a 4 month saga ending up with $300 down the drain and a completely unusable iPad that needs to be replaced. First off, they said it would take 1 day and once they had my iPad in hand they called to say the screen isn't in stock. Then the 1st screen they installed was a faulty installation and the button was off center and you couldn't press it. I noticed this immediately before I even left the store. They had to again order another screen and I brought it back later to be replaced. The 2nd screen was put on properly but when I began to use the iPad a black line showed up through the center of the screen. The 3rd screen they put on was cracked in the corner and I noticed this before I even left the store. While I was waiting for them to order me a 4th screen, once again a black line (this time a huge thick line that covered most of the screen) appeared. This made the iPad unusable. I finally went to the Apple Store and they said these iPad screens with the integrative light elements cannot be replaced because it damages the internal components. The owner said he would give me a partial refund for all this mess and said to call to talk to the bookkeeper. I texted him several times and he ghosted me. I really tried hard to support this small business and give them the benefit of the doubt. But after all this mess I am out $300 and my iPad is worse than than what I brought it in for. I owe this guys a review long time ago! This people is really legit. Everything started about 2 years ago when my sister brought her kids tablets all broken and after calling a bunch of businesses in Austin, they were the ones with the best prices. Two years later and the tablets look like new. This year at the beginning I broke my Iphone 8 plus screen and once again I came back to them and their prices were still cheaper in compared to everyone else and quality and service the best. I had some issues at the beginning with the new screen, but I called them and took care of it with no extra fee or any problems. You won't go wrong with them. Service is fast, good and easy. Had my iPhone screen replaced here in the middle of September. Everything was good. With a case and tempered glass still intact, I dropped the phone, corner of case hit the ground. The entire screen came off of the phone. It was as still hanging on to the phone by some strips inside the phone, but dangling from the phone. So, I took it in and was told that since there is damage on the screen--the damage that occurred because the entire screen came off-- that they couldn't do anything for me. They reattached the partly blacked out screen, on Thursday, and now it's Saturday and the screen is lifting away from the phone on the right side. It's my responsibility for dropping the phone, but if the screen were properly fitting and attached it would not have fully come off the phone. So, they tell you that they guarantee their work and parts and whatnot, but from my experience when you run into an issue they will not help you. $270 for bullshit. read more

This place is awesome! They have saved my butt numerous times. Between my wife's iPad being broken twice, my teenage son breaking his screen, and the kids breaking their stuff, they've been awesome! The service is fast and reliable on top of not having a higher cost at the end of the repair. On top of that, even when they have to order a screen or part, it's extremely fast service. It's pretty fast service, the prices are also fairly good as well, can't complain about the place, they also do iPhones and Samsung's.
