Guillermo was incredibly communicative when I requested a quote, answered all follow-up questions I had promptly, and offered a very reasonable price for the entire repair, especially considering I'd also asked to additionally have its battery replaced (and checked that a waterproof seal would be installed). He explained my options thoroughly and was very honest with me re: the options I had (he offers both OEM and aftermarket repairs). Throughout the whole process, he communicated immediately with me regarding the delivery status of the parts, the repair itself, and finally how long they would remain open for me to pick up my phone. To top it off, the price was the best across six separate repair shops I had asked. He also installed a new screen protector for me, and did not charge anything for it. It's been a little over a week since my phone was repaired and it's been working like new. Consider coming to this shop if you've ever been worried about a job done too hastily -- he'll tell you what choices you have and let you make your own decision.

I…read morefelt like it started out bad because I recieved a quote over the phone, and by the time I went in, it had gone up significantly because I had no idea the LCD was broken on my ipad, not just the glass. I dropped my ipad off, then when I arrived to my house, I got a quote from another company for both the glass and the LCD screen and it was significantly less. I called to see if they had started work on my ipad yet.. and they had already. I asked if I could come pick it up all taken apart to take it to the other place that quoted me less.. and instead of me having to pick it up, they beat the price. I left it with them on Friday, and it was finished Monday. Very quick service. I met the manager finally, and was nervous due to all the bad reviews, and was pleasantly surprised. He was nothing like the bad reviews had sais. He was very professional. My ipad was was lagging, so he was trying to figure it out, and found out it needed an update.. so I left it there and an hour later I got a call that it was ready. It works so perfectly now. I am very grateful for their great customer service and professionalism.

They told me I needed a new screen, which I was fine with, and charged me $350 for the repair. Today, my phone lightly slid across my keyboard and the screen immediately started going haywire with red and green lines before turning completely black. I took it to another repair shop right after, and they told me the screen from the previous repair was a cheap, low-quality part. According to them, when my computer slid across the keyboard it somehow activated an accessibility setting, and the replacement screen couldn't handle it and basically fried. Now I'm stuck paying for another screen replacement only a few months after already spending $350. For that price, I expected quality parts and a repair that would actually last. Instead, I'm dealing with another broken screen and another repair bill because of the cheap product they used. I would not recommend iRepair in La Verne based on my experience.

I rarely give a 1 star review, but I think this company deserves it…read more I brought my non-profit organization's PC to be diagnosed. I would sometimes have display out to one monitor, but I could not get it to output when connecting to 4 monitors (which is essential for our work). I think it took 3-4 business days to get diagnosed, but that was ok. My issues was when they emailed me that PC was ready to be picked and they mentioned my PC was fixed. I asked what the problem was by phone - they could not tell me what the problem was. So I went and came in to pick up the PC and ask what the problem was. They again could not tell me. They said "my technician was out" and only he/she knew what the problem was. Not a convincing strategy to tell a customer. Then, I was asked multiple times to pay the $191 fee for clean up, etc (which I could do on my own btw). Technically the diagnosis was free, but they kept pushing me to pay the $191. Eventually, I just payed the $191 and hoped for the best. They didn't even show me if it worked when connecting a monitor. I trusted them and their reviews, so I just believed them. Lo and behold when I got home, the PC still had the same problem - It would not display any output. Eventually I figured out the problem was for myself - motherboard was broken. Needless to say I will not come back to this establish, and would not recommend at all because: (1) They could not even tell me what the problem was (2) What they alleged fixed was not fixed at all (3) When brought my PC, they emphasized diagnosis was free. But when I came back to pick it up, they kept pushing me to pay the $191 fee for clean up, etc. They didn't even show my if the problem was fixed (connecting a monitor).
