I went in with a broken screen on my iPhone max pro. They replaced the screen and I was happy. Then while out of town, my screen went black. I took it to the iPhone store in Seattle and they said it was a defective screen. Paid 329.00 to have it replaced. When I went back to cell fix they would not honor their work. So I would avoid these guys, they don't stand behind quality. Basically from the back the owner said no and have a nice day. This place is straight trash. sold me a cheap china screen that cracked on its own after a week of normal use. i bought their screen protector and case to go along with it, and the screen still cracked through under the screen protector. no damage on my end or anything. these guys use trash quality items. i even tipped them when i came in and they didnt want to honor a simple replacement. I give them my son PC to fix and after 3 days they called me to go pick it up. When i reach home my son told me that it still has the same problem and they didn't do nothing. He called them and they asked him to return it back. For the second time I returned it and they called me after 2 days to go pick up. I picked it up and my son told me that they fixed something and damage another thing( it keeps restarting every time) I toke back to them for the 3ed time. This time i was upset and asked to meet the manager and shockingly, they told me that i had to wait 20 minutes to meet him ( at this time i knew why this place is sucks ). Have become a fan of this place. Originally took my daughter's iPhone to get the screen replaced, because it was cracked. At the time I also had a Samsung Tablet that needed a new charging port. They replaced the iPhone 7 screen quick! Like 10 minutes quick. Very impressed. Granted they had to order parts for the Samsung. They still provided great service. Should be zero stars. Dropped Macbook off of February with broken screen. Said they could fix. Couple weeks go by, they tell me their first screen was bad so they had to order another one f that was okay. I had already paid the $350, so I said go ahead. Over a month goes by, I get it and it works. For a while. Wife used it a couple of hours over a couple of weeks and screen goes white. I take it back in and they promise to fix it under their warranty. That was Early April. Today, after no contact from them, I call. They tell me screen is slowly going bad. I say well you replaced that screen, you are supposed to fix that. Hold on he says. Comeback and tells me it's due to corrosion and can't be fixed. Funny since this wasn't mention in the first couple months of my computers captivity. It's was even returned to me supposedly in perfect working order once. NO mention of corrosion. Not once. Now it's corroded? They've had custody of that thing more than I have this year! Do NOT take anything here! Run by a bunch of mellenials that are not able to deliver on promises Work. I was once told to not call and leave a message by an employee once, just text. Why? Because it's to much work to go through voicemail! Not kidding. I've walked in there and been told how busy they are, but I hear video games and laughter in background. Whoever owns this place is getting taken. I will be taking them to court. $350 to fix a computer down the tubes. ---------- So these charlatans are using poor service to me, stealing my $350... I had my screen replaced and it was not working - right side of keyboard was not functioning, very funky so I went back and sure enough the new screen was bad so they replaced it stating that they had gotten some screen in from the manufacturer that were bad. The new screen worked perfect - I had another mishap literally the next day my screen shattered worse then before even with case and screen protector I bought from them.
