After perusing Yelp, I walked into CellFix without an appointment and walked out 20 minutes later with a new screen for an iPhone 6 for a little over $80. They even offered to cut my SIM card down to size to fit a newer phone when I told them that AT&T wanted $5 just for a new SIM card. The new screen works just as well as the old one. Color, brightness, touch sensitivity all seemed identical to the original one. I was concerned when I dropped the original and cracked the screen that it would be replaced with something of lesser quality. No worries if you go to CellFix! They are conveniently close to an AT&T corporate store and repair facility. I don't see why you would ever go to a company store for any repair when CellFix is relatively reasonable and much faster. Saved my daughters butt, she broke her screen again and we snuck out to get it fixed on the DL, they were fast and efficient!! We did have problem with them not attaching back camera so had to go ALL the way back the next day, I whine but it's 20 minute, one way, trip. They fixed it with no questions asked. Had to go back a month later because she was having front camera issues and apparently there was a short on screen they replaced so again, replaced it at no cost, didn't know they had warranty.....nice surprise!! read more

Went in because my phone would not charge properly,I thought the port was damaged. The guy I spoke to said it was most likely just dirty and he would look at. He cleaned it out and immediately started charging. Took a only a few minutes, but I expected some sort of charge. He did not charge me and I appreciate his honesty. Update: my phone was super glitchy and overheated more than once after I got it repaired here. I finally went to another place to get the screen fixed again only to be told there was an after market sensor placed in my phone that likely caused the issues. To top it off my screen was 100% discolored compared to what it looks like now. Based on what I know now I would recommend going someplace else for a screen fix. read more

I was so dang proud of my ability to protect my cellphone from damage I was completely flabbergasted when I dropped my new phone in my car and broke the screen. It was less than three weeks old! First time ever! I don't want to wait for the Apple Store appointment and since I read that Apple recently changed its policy about outsourcing venders replacing the screen and NOT VOIDING THE WARRANTY. If I could put zero stars, I would do that! They are the worst, I do not encourage anyone to do repairs there at all. They are super nice when you come for the first time. I came to change iPhone 7 plus, the gave me a good price and the screen they put for my phone was good. Then I went to them when to fix my iPhone x, it was broken from the back and front and the guy told me you can fix the front only if you like and that what I did because the price for the back was expensive too and there is no need to change it if that will not affect my screen. Before he changes the screen he told me there is a warranty for six months if the screen is broken you can come and we can fix it just keep the receipt. So, after two months I came with my phone because the touch and the face ID are not working anymore although the screen is not broken!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They told me the warranty is not included because the air goes from the back to the screen, you should change everything!!!! ((( THEY DID NOT TELL ME THAT AT FIRST)) I called the manager, he was so rude to me and when I asked him what is the warranty cover than? He hung up the phone!!!!! read more
