Do not use this business if you run a business or need your phone back in a timely manner. This is my first bad review on a business. First dropped off phone on Saturday was told they would call the number I provided by 5 to pick up phone it would be ready. Never heard from them. Tried calling no answer. Next day was told phone would be ready when they opened on Monday. Two days later! Husband showed up to get phone at open they told him 3 hours because they ran out of screen replacements. They didn't call and even tell us. 3 promised deadlines only met one of them. I would not recommend this place to my enemies. Hope you listen to my review. First and foremost this is the worst place ever ,They opened the shop 45 minutes late, The screens are after market screens and they are not apple screens,also the screens are cheap screens that they are reselling for a hundred plus dollars. I was very disappointed with management , i had to come back a numerous of times for my IPhone X to be fixed due to the lack of experience technician.I would not recommend anyone here at all.This establishment deserves new management,cell technicians, and employees who actually are well educated about phones. read more

they clog up local INDIVIDUAL marketplaces like offerup and craigslist with their shitty ads and the fact that i can't block them to stop seeing their listings is incredibly annoying. it's so irritating to have to sift through all of their spam to get to ACTUAL PEOPLE selling used phones. it's honestly a bit hard to believe that they spend so much time out of their days to do this. read more

PLEASE NEVER DO any business at the place. This is the worst place to ever take your phone. First they said it's $35 to look at the phone and they will call me back in three days. Nobody called me after a week, I kept calling and they keep lying until they finally told me they can't fix the galaxy note 8. They took the phone apart and can't put it back together and they wanted to keep my money. I took the messed up phone to another repairer and they told me thats not my original battery and that's why the phone can't close back up, plus they broke a few other things in the phone. The whole business is run like crap. The guy at the counter wanted to fight me on top of everything. They stole my original phone battery and damaged the phone even more. read more

The worst service I have ever received! The staff was highly unprofessional, all the way up to the "general Manager". The staff does not own up to their own mistakes, nor did they take the opportunity to empathize. I would take my cell phone there ever again if it were the last cell phone repair shop in Tampa. For all I know all other previous good reviews were written by the staff themselves. When I dropped off my cell phone it was legible and able to be charged. 5 hours later, after I picked it up, it over heated when I attempted to charge it. I went back and forth with the staff for 4 business days. They were very unhelpful, to say the least. To top it off, the staff member got mouthy with my spouse.... completely unacceptable/unprofessional! My concern regarding this business is their level of service when selling phones. As a newcomer to the smartphone, I ventured into the N. Florida ave. store in hopes of stepping into the 21-century with a new smartphone and service, my previous being a flip-style owned for over a decade. While I was happy to walk out with a phone, the service could have been better as I had to wait over twenty minutes to be helped. When I took the device home, I went online (an option I didn't have in-store) and researched the phone I was sold. It was an outdated, terribly reviewed phone that is still running on KitKat, with no OS push from the manufacturer. Not only was the service slow, and the phone I bought outdated, but it was ridiculously overpriced! The phone is three years old, and it retails for HALF of what I payed in this store. My experience here only confirms that the reason these types of stores exist are only to make a sale and don't care about the customer's concern. Since the service plan I purchased is able to be "ReUp"'d over the web, I doubt I will be visiting this location ever again, unless my only option is cash to buy another month of service. read more

wouldn't even rate this place a one star because they don't deserve even that. first off, the customer service provided by any of these guys is the worst I've ever dealt with in my entire life. walked in and didn't even get greeted by the three people behind the counter cussing/joking around until I walked up there and said "hello id like some service" took my phone to get the screen repaired and not only did they charge me for a screen cover that I didn't want, they broke my headphone jack (which was working before I brought it into the store) they said they don't even touch headphone jacks while replacing phone screens and refused to fix it. my boyfriend took his phone in the same day with me to get his battery replaced, because it wouldn't hold a charge for more than two or three hours. when he received his phone back it was on 3% and when it died it never turned back on. we called back up there and they said they would fix it, no cost. so we brought it back and they kept it for several days and everytime we called we got no answers. said it was with the "manager technician" and no one was allowed to speak to him. we went up to the store and they said that his phone was at another location, so we called that location and they said "they were not able to release information about where the phone was." at this point we were livid, so we got the cops involved. the cops met us at the shop and everyone's attitudes completely changed. we were now being addressed as "mam and sir" and they were very prompt to take care of us. HOWEVER they explained how the phone not turning on wasn't their fault and that the phone had a failed motherboard and there was nothing they could do. they were very rude about how they went about this and treated us like we knew nothing about anything. the cops stated that this was a civil matter and they were just there for courtesy. so with that being said, we walked out of there basically paying $43 to receive a completely trashed phone that won't even turn on. and $111 to have my screen replaced by a cheap aftermarket screen (which cracked three days after having it fixed) and a broken headphone jack. read more

I delt with clerk named Safe. Not sure how to spell his name or if its just a nick name. Their prices are cheap, I called ahead to price phone screen because my husband had had issues with them before. However I really needed it fixed quick & wanted to save a few dollars. For iPhone 6 screen replaced over phone quoted 69$. Changed to 79$ when I got there. He talked me into "glass" screen protector for 15$ more. The protector & new screen cracked just hours after repair. I took it back the next day hoping they would be sympathetic & get me half off or at the very least refund my screen protector that happened to feel more like acrylic than glass. Then the guy tried to embarass me in front of other customers when I said to him it felt like acrylic. No discount but guy forgot he lied to me day before & only charged me 69$ for new screen this time. I called him out on it and it was all fast talking BS. Not to mention i was going to return the screen protector the next day anyhow because if u wear polarized glasses it darkens the screen. After paying 89$ + tax, 15$ + tax last Saturday. I paid another 69$ + tax to get another screen. Grand total: 175$. Well, I realized the replacement screen was also darkened when wearing polarized sunglasses & was not fitted down on phone properly. I was going to return it tomorrow and see if they have a screen i can read with sunglasses on but it cracked yet again after short drop from about 2 feet off the ground. Never would my apple screen crack or shatter so easily. I have dropped them many a times & it takes quite a drop to break. At least compared to Cellfix's. I am completely dissatisfied & think they use very low quality products & fast talking smooze. Now I will go to Apple and pay a larger amount but it won't break so easily & cost me about 129$. Cost me more with them than if i had just gone to apple and had it fixed. If I had my own business I would not be able to sleep at night doing that to people. Especially since the screens cost them less than 30$ & 7 minutes to remove & install. Maybe I need to learn the trade. Someone should investigate their practices. I can only imagine what they do behind our backs. Even their "quotes over the phone" are misleading. Too bad too considering we have 5 iPads in my family & 5 phones. Guess they can afford to lose clients with the profit margin they have. The better business bureau says they suck too!!!!!! Really sux. Will nvr reccomend even an enemy. read more

These people asked me to post a review, so here it goes.....BAD SERVICE REPAIR.. THEY'RE CROOKS!!! ........STAY AWAY FROM THEM.....THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY... I came in with a broken GLASS and LCD screen and they told I would have to replace the entire assembly which would cost $159.00+ Tax and that they only used OEM-Original Samsung parts, since I had contacted several different cell phone fix shops in the area and they all said the same thing that I needed to replace the LCD with the glass, I was okay going forward with repairs. I felt a little uneasy that they also charged the money upfront, but I paid it anyways, my only mistake was that I was in a hurry and i didn't research their reviews on yelp or google for their workmanship and INTEGRITY. LONG STORY SHORT- They used an OLD USED GLASS with SCRATCHES for my cell after I PAID for a NEW one, who knows if the LCD was old and used as well, but I cant confirm that, since is not visible. Furthermore they did a terrible job with the glass installation, was not flushed to the frame of the phone, plus GOO coming out of side walls of the phone. When I came in to complain the next day about it, they said, I should have said something the night before when I picked it up cause they said it was possible that all the scratches on the glass came from the cell phone being inside my pocket, which it wasn't. I only had the phone for less than 24 hours, I couldn't bring it any sooner due to work schedule, BAD SERVICE OVERALL. read more

This place is the worst.Brought my phone here to get a cracked screen replaced.First of all they make you pay before they even will do the work. They charged me an extra $25 on top of the $129.99 just so they could fix it faster they brought it out to me and my finger print scanner wouldn't work . Then they took it back in for another another 30 minutes and another guy came out and told me since I wouldn't give him my password from the beginning that it was my fault and they weren't at fault because they couldn't test it from the beginning. The girl who was at the counter when I brought it in,tested it but of course she was hiding in the Backroom. After he turned it around on me and made it my fault i was getting upset because I knew I was getting ripped off and there was some exchange of words and I knew that it was best that I leave before there was an altercation. Next day and now my screen is going black in certain places. Please do not go to this place!! I promise you will regret it!! read more
