Bought my wife an iPhone 8 plus with this store and two weeks later it locked up. Called At&t and they said it was reported stolen or lost and couldn't unblock it. They offered me a defective and scratched phone to replace it, but after 3 hours in the store they ended up only refunding me. Very poor service and sketchy phones unfortunately. read more

This all happened on 10/9/20 Where to begin with this shit show, well let's start with the fact that they take zero precautions when it comes to Covid! I entered the building this "business" is located in only to see a security guard not wearing a mask, and when I asked him to he gave me a creepy, and dirty look! So far not so good, but it gets so much fucking worse, I walk up to the "business" and through the large window what do I see, employees, and a customer not wearing masks! Ironic considering the signs everywhere proclaiming that masks must be worn in order to enter the "business" showing this "business" doesn't give a shit about the health, and safety of its customers! Anyway I'm standing in front of this window I'm their to sell a tablet, they see me and they can apparently hear me because they hear me complain rightfully that they aren't wearing masks! So the individual who was behind the desk, and could see me through the window reluctantly puts on the mask, then another I'm assuming employee reluctantly puts one on eventually as well, but the other employees I can see in the "business" aren't wearing masks! I'm standing there thinking about where I else I can sell my tablet because this place has now, and forever completely lost my business, when an employee leaves the "business" and I point out he wasn't wearing a mask he had the audacity to give me some bullshit excuse that he's going the other way whatever the fuck that means? Anyway I leave right then, and there absolutely disgusted by what I saw! This place deserves to go out of business for such blatant violations of health, and safety considering the pandemic! I drive 20 minutes and take time off work to come and then when I get there all they have is a black iPhone SE that has scratches literally all over it. I work somewhat nearby, so when I picked up lunch the other day and saw that this place will take your old cell phones, give you some cash for them and help out charity, I got pretty excited. My parents and I together probably had like 10 phones (8 of them being stone-age flip phones). When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a gentleman asking how he can help me. I went to Cell Funds because I needed to recycle a bunch of electronics. But on a super hot day, these guys carried my giant bin of stuff upstairs, sorted through everything, and paid me what I consider an extremely generous price for the stuff they could still use. That was really ethical and professional behavior since they could have easily just took my stuff for recycling and not said anything. I wouldn't have known. We were there for a specific cell phone purchase which was not available. He did, however, show us a phone (an upgrade if you will) slightly higher in price but was still a great deal. Danny was professional, laid back & extremely helpful No sales push to get you to buy this model over that, etc. Explained the 14-day warranty that came with the purchase as well.
