DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GET YOUR IPHONE REPAIRED HERE. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max , I had the tiniest crack on the outer skirt of one of my glass lens on the back camera. I called in to see if they could repair it and they said yes that they can change just the outer glass part, which I specifically asked if there is any difference in there's and the one that is already on the phone, they said no it is the exact same and I made sure to ask several times if that was the case and they assured me that there is absolutely no difference and that they could repair it-- so I went in I had them change the glass lens, while my camera quality was completely fine before, and even purchase a camera protector that I've had since I left, but because of them replacing the glass lens and the way they did it it completely damaged the quality of my camera. I had just gone into Apple and they showed me how the actual glass lens is different and has a white shadow to it , and because of the way they put it on ruined the camera lens itself and now I've been quoted about 450 to be able to replace everything and get it repaired. I was lied to and deceived and this is bad bad business. read more

Yay! I was able to call this place on the phone and actually talk to the person who works there instead of a call center. They told me I could walk in anytime. I was able to walk in and drop off my phone in less than ten minutes-- *without* the rigmarole of having to give endless amounts of personal information and waiting around while people doof around in the back room . In and out in less than 10 minutes!! They told me beforehand what it would take to fix it and how much it would cost. They gave me an expectation that due to parts, I might not get my phone for three days; but thankfully they were able to fix it and call me back the next day for pickup! read more

The service and quality of their products are awful the young kid first off began our conversation by telling me that I didn't come for a repair before 60 days which I clearly did in less than 60 days their screen just burnt out he than began to tell me that I dropped my phone and I did not drop my phone he pointed to two tiny scratches on my screen protector which is also low quality. Isn't the customer always right? I didn't care for his help after that or the low quality parts they have !! There is a better place on Ventura right up the street! Please go anywhere but here ! This kid will disrespect you and put a dysfunctional low quality part on your phone ! And end up paying close to $200 for it! Don't do it.
