My kitchen appliances are all old, so I thought why not. When my gas range broke they denied the claim. Most absurdly, they said that I had not performed "preventative maintenance". Since the major item that was broken was an electronic control unit, a black box, hard to figure exactly what they mean. Anyhow Asurion are scum. Avoid them and certainly don't purchase any appliance plan from them.

I'm glad I broke my friend's iPad screen, or I wouldn't have found this gem of a iPhone/ Computer repair shop! Well, actually, I'm glad I had something wrong with my tires that required me to go to Western Tires across the street from The Professional iPhone & Computer which then allowed me to spot this magical repair shop. And then I'm glad I broke my friend's screen. And when I broke it, I thought about two places. The place walking distance to me that I had no desire to go to in Magnolia Park, or Leon's place which required me to drive the 10 minutes to fix it. I chose the latter, obviously. And I was happy I went, broken screen and all. I left my iPad with Leon who quoted me a very fair price for fixing the iPad, and I then left my number with him. It then occurred to me that my dumb ass spilled water on my $1,400 MacBook two months prior to breaking my friend's screen. A costly mistake. I asked Leon if he fixes MacBook laptops, and said of course, and to bring it in. This was around 1pm or so. By 5/6pm, I received a call stating that my iPad was ready. I dropped off the MacBook, and Leon was very honest about the damage, how much it would cost, and the time it would take to repair it. By the next day, it was ready to be picked up! Upon receiving it, he said it had 90 days warranty, along with the iPad. It works perfect now! I love the energy of this place, the honesty, the business integrity, and the communication between shop owner and client. Upon receiving both items now, I became obsessed with fixing Apple products but suffice to say, I don't have any other pieces to fix. But I do know who I will be going to, and who I will be referring to when the time comes. We all know we will need this service one day! Thanks, Leon! I had cracked my screen quite badly several times over the course of the weekend and I was completely unsure of who to trust with the repair. I have an iPhone 5C and the cracks were so bad, that I had to tape up my phone in order to not get small pieces of glass in my fingers or in my ear. In fact, I was using the speaker setting whenever I made phone calls because if I didn't, glass kept cutting my face and ear. A friend highly recommended this repair shop and so I hopped onto Yelp to read reviews. Nothing but five stars for every customer and I have to agree with them!! Shant fixed my screen within the hour and I have never been more satisfied with their quality of work and excellent customer service. If I am ever a clutz again, I will not hesitate to drive over to Burbank and get my phone fixed by these professionals. Fast and excellent service at a great price and my phone is safe to use and looks wonderful again. I would highly recommend Shant, as he has an excellent personality to go along with wonderful quality of work. If I could give this business more than 5 stars I definitely would. I came here after going to another cell phone repair store that had reviews it didn't deserve, they replaced my screen for a super low quality one and offered to swap it for a better one for a ridiculous price, so i decided to try this place out and I was beyond impressed. As soon as I walked in the owner was happy to help me out and offered me prices half of what every other repair store was charging. The phone was fixed with quality exactly like the OEM screen and even replaced my speakers in a matter of 30 mins. He also installed adhesive to insure the screen never falls off (which btw most stores are too lazy to even do) All of this and he charged me less than what any store was charging for a cheap aftermarket screen replacement. Definitely will be coming back for any technology related repairs. Very smart, respectful, and humble owner, much recommended!!!! read more

About 2 days ago I dropped my iPhone and the screen was completely shattered. I took my phone to the Apple store and they were going to charge me $120 for a screen change. Luckily, I yelped this wonderful place nearby. Honestly, the service was impeccable. Could not have possibly imagined such prompt and good service. They charged me only $60, HALF the price! I've never felt more welcomed, I was blown away. They were very professional and it took about half an hour in total to fix my phone! I highly recommend this place to anyone, and give my thanks to the team for quickly repairing my phone. :) read more

I've actually been here to see Leon a couple times now, first for my phone, and now to fix our office computers, which have been having some problems. I have nothing but rave reviews for Leon and this company. It is difficult to know where to take your laptop or phone when you have an issue because you do not know who you can trust to do a good job and not charge you an outrageous amount. I will NEVER trust my electronics with anyone else again. Not only did Leon fix my old Macbook that was over 4 years old, but I purchased a lightly used Macbook Pro from him too for a great price! After my IPhone X stopped working (apple logo turning on and off) I immediately went to Apple to get it fixed. They couldn't identify what the problem was and basically told me I was out of luck and they couldn't do anything since my phone was out of warranty and I had no insurance. After stopping by Leo, he told me within a day what the problem was and how he could solve it. 1 day later my phone was as good as new! Can't recommend Leon enough. He does excellent work and always does excellent work. Things are done right the first time. I have had work done on my Iphones and laptops and it was done right the first time, never had to take anything back for any reason. Amazing, Leon did an incredible job, went in to repair a fairly broken iPhone 2020 SE, I asked to get the screen and battery replaced, but also, the button on the right side of my phone was unresponsive as well. Turn around time was about an hour and a half. Ran a quick errand or two and I came back to a phone that might as well be good as new.
