I found this place on the Internet and not yelp becuz it wasn't listed under iphone repair but eventually found on yelp. I looked at some reviews for other iPhone repair places and they seemed a lil sketchy. I eventually found cells pot which was conveniently located in tustin so went there to get battery replaced on my iPhone 5G. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and friendliness of Sean the guy working in front. He quoted me $55 to replace the batt and said it would only take 15mins wow. The other guys quoted $75. I also added a glass screen protector which gave me a deal on for $13 installed. Placed an online appt for pick up and drop off service for a cracked screen on an I phone 6 plus for 10 am and got a call around 10:15 letting me know it would be picked up by 11:15. Saaid was the tech that took care of my repair. Super nice guy and had my screen fixed and dropped off before 1:30. It's great service if you're looking for a fast fix, but it's rather pricy. Apple normally charges $129 for an IPhone 6 plus screen replacement, but their Genius Bar was booked for the next 4 days and due to time constraints I couldn't wait that long. Overall, if you need a repair fast with great customer service and the option of pick up/drop off this is a good place to go. read more

Because the last white front face part they had in stock was defective, they substituted it with a black piece until the new white part came in. I went two weeks ago to get my battery replaced on my iPod touch and the next day it was ready for pick up. It was all great until a few days later the home button was not working. I had to install a touch screen home button for the meantime. A few days later the home button was working again. I didn't think I needed to go back after this but then I realized my front camera was not working. I took it in today with the receipt and the woman who attending me told me they would have to open it up to see what is wrong. I didn't mind as long as I didn't have to pay for something they did. She then told me I would have to pay if it was something they did not do wrong. I received a phone call about half and hour after I left and the woman told me that the wire was cut off when they replaced the battery and they would not charge me for a replacement of that wire, just to come back to pick up my iPod touch and they would call me when a new wire came which would be between 5-10 days. I was okay with that but then I received a phone call from them about 3 hours later and it was a man who was attending me. He said the circuit was cut off when they replaced my battery. He was very kind and explained to me that it is rare when that happens but it can happen because my iPod touch was "old". He said it is unfortunate but there is nothing they could do about it. Like I said this man was very kind to me on the phone and I understood that there is nothing they can do about it but I did let him know to please warn their customers that this may or may not happen when replacing their battery. The man said I could pick up my iPod touch anytime so I will do that later on today. However, I am not happy because no one has offered me any reimbursement or compensation for the time it took and this whole mess. Don't go here because I went in to replace a battery and came out with something else wrong that no one warned me about. I don't hold the man who attended me on the phone accountable because he was not the one who originally attended me but I do hold the store for not warning their customers about what can happen. Highly recommend! My phone slipped out of my hands and had a less than 18 inch fall to the ground, but it was enough to shatter my iPhone's screen. The idea of making an appointment one week out at the Apple Store where they'd likely take at least a couple hours to fix it was not something I was looking forward to, so I checked trusty Yelp for suggestions nearby my office. This place is fantastic! I came in, he had me complete a form, and he took off with my phone with an ETA of 20 minutes. I sat down, watched TV for a few minutes, opened my book, and didn't get through the first paragraph before he came back out and said my phone was ready. $80 to get it fixed and I was in and out in 10 minutes.
