Ok so here's my fucking story. I go to this shit hole and purchase a screen from these guys a brand new after market screen for 90$ cheap as hell and i was soooo happy it even only took 15 min!! WOW what a great... 2 days after i had the screen i was cleaning it and the screen cracked WAIT WHAT i just bought a new screen right! More like i bought the shit end of the stick and now I'm fucked because i have to get a complete new one. I go in and ask to see what they'll do cuz their screen cracked from me just using my phone they tell me that it's my fault and that i have to pay for it and they'll give me half off because "they can't loose money... BITCH SO U TAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!??!! Fucking pathetic and worthless store. Moral of the story if u buy a screen from this place don't use ur phone ever again if u don't want it to chance it cracking. My iPhone5 wasn't charging well- I had to scotch tape the lightning adapter to one side and it was a huge pain. I called the day before and they said they could swap out the charger and headphone jack for 55$. I went this morning, and it turns out there was just some tiny debris blocking the contacts- they removed the debris and I was out of there in less than 3 minutes. Andrew is a phone wiz and fixed the phone right away and they didnt even charge me! An amazing experience and we are now customers for life!! read more

This place is a little less amazing than I originally thought. I walk in with a broken charging port on my Verizon Galaxy S4, Shawn repairs it in 5 minutes!!! :) I pick out a Jelly phone case (really good brand phone case worth at least $25) from the $5 phone case bin and at checkout I say I'm so impressed with the time it took to fix my phone because I was initially told 20 min (no big deal, but it only took 5!) So I said I would write a Yelp review and they gave me the the phone case for free. And the receipt comes with a 6 month warranty! I love this place and I recommend it to everyone!....when I got home and made a phone call, I could hear the person on the other end of the line just fine but they couldnt hear me at all... somehow the repair had meased up the mic, I had to drove back and have it repaired again which (at no cost) which took 20 minutes :-/ read more

Quick repairs for a good price. I shopped around before coming to this place. I had a galaxy s6 with a cracked screen. The LCD was fine. I called all around town and was quoted 250 everywhere. I found this spot that said they'll try to replace the screen for 96 but if the LCD breaks it's 230. Still way cheaper than other places. I think this place is honest. They are the only place that said they'd try their best for fix just the screen and they were able to do it! read more

Awesome and honest customer service! After getting a quote from a repair shop close to where i live to get my s4's power button replaced i came over to Cellspot after to compare prices (65$ at the first place.) the dude at CellSpot also said it'd be 65 due to the fix requiring soldering but knocked it down to 60 after i mentioned the other shop. i dropped my phone off at 3pm and came to pick it up at 7pm but had to wait with other customers for about an hour because it was a busy day, luckily they agreed to charge $50 in the end due to the wait. While waiting i watched 2 customers have their phones returned to them free of charge because they couldn't be fixed (i think other places would charge a diagnostic service fee); the staff then gave further advice on what to do read more

DID NOT HONOR GROUPON VOUCHER! deal was for $40 worth of repair for $15 on smartphones and tablets; I emailed with a request and didn't get a response so i called and was told to come in and have it fixed (20 mins away from me). When i got there, another customer was RETURNING FOR DUE TO REPAIR RELATED ISSUES, and the cashier tried to tell him he wasn't covered because the 6 month warranty was (the guy said he bought it in aug 15'...). He said he would do the repair for $60 (if the repair is $80, with the coupon it should have been $30 if they were to still honor it), now i have to go through getting a refund from groupon! NOT RELIABLE IT SEEMS. read more

I contacted this place but eventually walked away. I gave a call for estimated time and cost to have the rear camera of my iPhone 5 fixed, and told it would take 30 min for $45. When I stopped by later on the same day, they said it would take 1 h for $55. I had to wrap up the day early to get there 45 min before the close time but it was a waste. Not feeling good about this place and thinking to do it by myself. read more

I am so happy that CellSpot was NOT able to repair my phone! When I took my cracked LG G2 phone to Steve at CellSpot, he said that he had to be honest and that it was not worth repairing. He said that the parts they often get for this repair are not a high quality and I would probably experience problems soon after the repair. He said that the repair would be about $110, but that I could get a new phone for about the same amount on eBay. He was right! I went to eBay, purchased a new phone for about that amount and am happy as a clam. What I so appreciate is that Steve could have easily done the repair and collected the money. I would not have been the wiser, but instead he did the honorable thing and made sure I was a happy customer even if it meant he did not get the sale.
