I went into this store to try to get a new phone. I was prepared to spend several hundred dollars on a new smartphone, but no one would help me find one. When I asked to be helped an employee just rolled his eyes and kept checking invoices. I really wanted to be polite so I just left and went to a different cellphone store. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! Had service for 10 days, and hated it. Took advantage of the 15 days return policy and returned everything. Told the associate we wanted everything cancelled and all fees taken care of before they refunded money. We were assured everything as taken care of, and they issued us a refund. 3 weeks later and we are receiving 3 collection calls a day for almost $600. They charged us with 2 disconnection fees, and a full month of service we did not have as we paid for the portion we used. We have made multiple phone calls to get this resolved and all we get is "we will look in to it". Only sort of response we got, was that the associate messed up on the majority of the return paperwork, and that it could take up to 30 days to get it resolved. 3 collection calls a day and we have yet to receive a bill. Wait 30 more days, dont think so. Im calling a lawyer on this one. read more

He didn't even look up my account or exert himself to attempt to try to help me. He told me that I would have to find a corporate store and there aren't many left nationwide. Or call Verizon Wireless customer service. What is the point in a Verizon store if they cant help customers. What are they getting paid to do? This is beyond frustrating. This was the second store I went to that has Verizon advertised on the outside of their building but they could not help me with a simple trade in. He was very clear that if I changed to this new service, I would pay for months 1 and 2, then receive months 3 and 4 FREE. He then ordered the wireless device and it arrived in a few days and works well. I paid the bill for the first 2 months. Verizon continues to bill my account for the "Free" 3rd and 4th" months. They terminated my service and refuse to answer when questioned about Vovaughn's promised Free service. Transferred to a noisy call center in Philippines, I am suffering without home internet and lack of any response about their Verizon Salesman.

All of a sudden on Monday, I started experiencing intermittent outages. I run a business out of my home, so this was a real problem. I called the 800 number. First of all Customer Service was really outstanding. Personable, friendly with their "thanks for being the best part of Spectrum" end of call tag line. she dispatched a Tech Simon out here within the hour. He tested a few things, replaced a few connectors. all was good. then of course after he left, it wasn't. I called back - again, great customer service. I did my part - replacing my modem (with a free one from the Spectrum Store), I replaced my Google Mesh Wifi network, and confirmed that the issue was on more than one device. Anyway, today the second tech - Tyler, came out to assess - again within an hour of my call. he tested everything, ended up replacing my modem again and - get this - he re-ran the entire Coax cable under my house. He made running that cable looks about as easy as me lacing up my shoes. So Now, my internet is blazing fast - 500mb down, no more intermittent outages. A Great Company isnt about perfection - its about knowledgeable, respectful people who act with a sense of urgency and kindness. Thats who Spectrum is. I spoke with 5 different people (2 Customer Service, 1 at the Spectrum Retail store and 2 Technicians) and I can say this every touchpoint within the company is Outstanding. Thats a testament not only to the people who work there, but Management as well. Two Thumbs Up and 5 Stars.
