He didn't even look up my account or exert himself to attempt to try to help me. He told me that I would have to find a corporate store and there aren't many left nationwide. Or call Verizon Wireless customer service. What is the point in a Verizon store if they cant help customers. What are they getting paid to do? This is beyond frustrating. This was the second store I went to that has Verizon advertised on the outside of their building but they could not help me with a simple trade in. Horrible customer service, I will never step foot in this store again. Huge waste of time!!

He was very clear that if I changed to this new service, I would pay for months 1 and 2, then receive months 3 and 4 FREE. He then ordered the wireless device and it arrived in a few days and works well. I paid the bill for the first 2 months. Verizon continues to bill my account for the "Free" 3rd and 4th" months. They terminated my service and refuse to answer when questioned about Vovaughn's promised Free service. Transferred to a noisy call center in Philippines, I am suffering without home internet and lack of any response about their Verizon Salesman.

They never acknowledge My mom and I but acknowledged another customer and helped them by skipping us . Then we asked if they could help us to pay our bill to be told use kiosk which doesn't work and then they told us to wait while they talk to there manager. Upon returning from said manager we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. Just to pay our bill . Manager was supposedly in a meeting. Meeting should be scheduled after business hours on company time not customers allotted time . And why does a manager need to do the bill when clearly all Representatives are trained to do so!

No biggie, I just asked if I should come back, and ran a couple errands, came back, and, like I said - viola! Jason was able to get everything I needed done, and he was friendly and nice.

Radio Active was not very helpful with the cancellation and we ended up just getting a different number. Radio Active was quick to take our money to sign up but when there was nothing in it for them there would not really help. Poor customer service.

I've had Spectrum Internet since 2020 here in Kalispell. Its been reliable and fast with really no…read moreissues until Monday of this week. All of a sudden on Monday, I started experiencing intermittent outages. I run a business out of my home, so this was a real problem. I called the 800 number. First of all Customer Service was really outstanding. Personable, friendly with their "thanks for being the best part of Spectrum" end of call tag line. she dispatched a Tech Simon out here within the hour. He tested a few things, replaced a few connectors. all was good. then of course after he left, it wasn't. I called back - again, great customer service. I did my part - replacing my modem (with a free one from the Spectrum Store), I replaced my Google Mesh Wifi network, and confirmed that the issue was on more than one device. Anyway, today the second tech - Tyler, came out to assess - again within an hour of my call. he tested everything, ended up replacing my modem again and - get this - he re-ran the entire Coax cable under my house. He made running that cable looks about as easy as me lacing up my shoes. So Now, my internet is blazing fast - 500mb down, no more intermittent outages. A Great Company isnt about perfection - its about knowledgeable, respectful people who act with a sense of urgency and kindness. Thats who Spectrum is. I spoke with 5 different people (2 Customer Service, 1 at the Spectrum Retail store and 2 Technicians) and I can say this every touchpoint within the company is Outstanding. Thats a testament not only to the people who work there, but Management as well. Two Thumbs Up and 5 Stars.
