Bone-head Beau was simply no help whatsoever. Visited this store Sept., 2025 and it was very clear he didn't have time for a 20+ year Verizon customer. He was more interested in updating his IG account, This clown should not interact with customers or the public, stocking shelves would be a challenge for him. Stay away from this under/managed, sorry excuse for a store. Never again! read more

The GoWireless store in Columbia Falls, MT is the best place to go to for service, knowledge of equipment, or any problem solved. Ashley is the best! She makes you feel comfortable even when you ask "stupid" questions. Jacob does a wonderful job trouble shooting, and if he doesn't know the answer, he calls Ashley for the answer. We prefer going to the GoWireless store in Columbia Falls as apposed to the corporate store in Kalispell. read more

Very knowledgable & helpful staff. We stopped to ask about upgrading our phones as our contracts were up. They did not have the phone I wanted in stock & arranged to get it there the same day! Great customer service!! They transferred all our data & explained how to use the new features. It's nice to have local experts to assist with the constantly changing technology as we are older & not as tech savvy as "the kids." This is our neighborhood device store & help center, they offer great service with a smile! I highly recommend checking them out! read more

I am from Florida and recently moved to the area. I was told by a random person where the Verizon store was in town. I went in to the mall and was very upset that the gal I worked with told me I could not transfer my sprint phone number because I wanted a basic phone. No one else was around to help me so I walked out of there. I'm not sure what her name is, I want to think it started with a K...tall, dark hair, bigger? I couldn't believe her attitude and how she snubbed me because I wasn't local or able to afford a smart phone. Beyond rude. Anyways, I'll drive to missoula if this is the only store around. read more
