If I wanted to utilize Insurance through my Primary Care Doc that's the route I would have taken. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted warmly, and I doubt I waited more than a few minutes to be taken into the exam room. From there my history and questions were answered, followed by comprehensive hearing testing, and I truly appreciate having the tests explained as they were administered. The secretary was friendly and helpful, I particularly appreciated when I was asking here some technical questions about the type of material used in the molds ,the monitor manufacture was very specific in what they need,she didn't know and said so and then replied when she was sure so as not to waist my time. When I showed up for my appointment they were very friendly and helpful and I was out the door in 20min. I received my monitors a week ago and they fit perfect!
