Customer service here is also horrible. Staff is rude and unprofessional and they try to charge for anything possible. I also requested paper results and was denied them even though it is my legal right. I will now be filling a complaint with the HHS for violation of hipaa and changing doctors.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this medical office…read more My parents had an appointment scheduled for 10:15 AM. We arrived early at 10:00 AM. When we checked in, the front desk staff said they needed to check with the doctor to see if we could still be seen -- which was confusing, since we were on time. I asked if I could start filling out the paperwork while they confirmed, but they refused, saying I had to wait until they spoke with the doctor. By 10:12 AM -- just a few minutes before the scheduled time -- they came back and told me the doctor would not be able to see my parents because "there wasn't enough time." It took them over 10 minutes just to figure this out -- time that could have been used to start the paperwork or check them in. The paperwork itself was very basic -- name, address, Social Security number, and phone number -- something that could easily have been completed while waiting. There was no reason this needed to delay the appointment. The office manager, Allison, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Rather than trying to problem-solve, she kept giving excuses about being short-staffed and missing a doctor, none of which explained the mishandling of our visit. This appointment had already been rescheduled twice due to internal office issues, and now they expected my parents to wait until mid-June -- two more months -- for a new appointment. My father is on blood thinners and needed medical attention. I asked multiple times if they could meet me halfway -- process the paperwork while the doctor began initial testing, as this was a first-time patient visit that would have required labs and assessments rather than a complex evaluation. Still, Allison refused to help and only offered to reschedule for weeks later. A manager's role is to de-escalate situations and find solutions, not to block care for patients, especially elderly ones who are trying to get basic medical attention. This office badly needs better training in both customer service and patient care management. Patients deserve to be treated with basic dignity, not bureaucratic coldness.

The allergy test itself was interesting and they test several environmental allergens. I also had to return on another day to test food allergens, as well as retesting some of the other environmental variables that I scored low sensitivity on. You get the results after waiting 20 minutes or so once you've had enough time to trigger a reaction. Dr. Anand was so friendly and personable. I felt like she was a very thorough clinician and really took her time to explain everything to me. She also took note of other issues that weren't quite in her scope, and referred me out to other specialists to make sure I got the care I needed. She then followed up with me to make the process smoother, which I truly appreciated. Other staff members (LVNs and front desk) are also informative and helpful. They do have a mask policy in place, and if you forget to wear one, they have plenty to spare. It is a healthcare facility after all and I don't think they should be rated poorly just because of a policy to ensure the safety of staff and patients alike.

Each treatment focused on areas I was having sharp pains depending on my pose. Not only did he relieve my symptoms he also told me to be mindful of all the computer work I do and take the time to stand up to stretch my back and neck so I don't cause tension on those areas. He showed me a few stretches I could do on my own to help relieve my stiffness.

If you are allergic to something, your arm will be weak and he can push down on it with ease. If you are not allergic, he can not push down on your arm with ease. What I did notice was there were times when he pushed down he also turned my wrist, so instead of my palm facing down, now it is facing slightly forward, thus making it easy to push down. You can try this at home with another person. He studied chiropractic, so he knows how to manipulate the muscle and body. The turn of the wrist is very subtle and he usually distracts you with pointing to another part of you with his finger, like a magician with misdirection, you don't pay attention to what he is doing with your wrist. He claimed that he cured me of lactose intolerance. When I told him, I am still intolerant, he said I needed to take Zypan. He claimed that I had a bacterial heart infection and cure me of that, as well as a sinus/ear infection that he cured, still present. He claimed that I have a host of 15+ allergens that he needed to treat and offered me a discount plan to pay him cash for 10 sessions. He is trying to avoid paying tax on the income. He claimed that he will give me paperwork to file with Insurance when he knew fully that insurance would not cover his services, never did get the paperwork. He manipulated you into thinking treatment works and if you leave him with a credit card, he will charge you even after you stop seeing him that's how he can afford to live in Hillsborough. I was at his office when his wife was complaining that he had cut her pay and didn't tell her. She wanted to know why her pay was cut. He said he doesn't know. She said to him that he has never been a honest man. Now I can see why. And his office is absolutely not professional, it's like a warehouse with things piled up everywhere and dust collection on dead plants.

My main issue is that this office has always felt like a money-grab. The office often recommended additional tests and appointments that did not seem necessary. Although I understand the value of Ni-Ox and lung function assessments, the repeated testing rarely resulted in meaningful adjustments to my treatment plan. Appointments frequently ended with vague feedback rather than clear next steps for improvement. During one visit, I had a reaction to the shots, which was a stressful situation. The staff appeared uncertain about how to respond, and Dr. Zhang invited a medical assistant to observe my hives without asking for my consent. This was uncomfortable and dehumanizing. Additionally, I received the bill for this appointment and they charged me for a lung function test I did not take. I contacted the billing department who said they would call me back. I never received a call back despite following up. I check today to see they have revised their billing statement to deduct that charge. Very shady business that prioritizes money over patient care. I am now seeing a new allergist who looked at my tests and said that allergists should not be administering shots to people with numbers as bad as mine were.

He also does things pretty much immediately when he says he will, which is very in line with my personality and earns him great respect in my eyes. I felt very at ease with him and trusted his opinion. How he keeps track of all his patients and everything going on is astounding. I also think the man works day and night.
