The doc clipped my nails way back again with this most recent visit. There is barely anything left that shows that I had toenail fungus. My next appointment is in June. Probably my nails will be completely clear by then. I am going to continue to use the anti-fungal solution and cream, spray my shoes with Lysol from time to time, and that will probably be it. The cost for all of this is reasonable. The laser is really a piece of cake pain-wise. The appointments are brief. The people are friendly. The only thing that may have been a slight negative is I believe the pills I took during the first 30 days made it slightly uncomfortable to swallow for a couple weeks. Maybe it made something in my throat swell a little. But it was bearable. So if you've got toenail fungus, my advice to you is to just deal with it - before it gets worse and becomes a bigger problem. Forget about over-the-counter remedies. Declare all-out war. Go to some professionals like these guys and get the problem solved.

Same Rothman surgeon performed a TKR one month later with a similar result and he performed a subsequent MUA a few weeks later with no improvements to ROM and pain. At this point the surgeon referred me to another Rothman partner for a consult. The consult surgeon stated the knee needs to be revised for the 3rd time. Obviously, I moved on from Rothman Orthopaedics Institute. If you're considering a TKA please get more than one opinion from a different facility. The Rothman statements of "Be What You Were" and "Get Your Life Back" are simply marketing promises undelivered for this young patient.

The lack of transparency was frustrating, but even more concerning was the complete absence of accountability. Customer service was particularly poor. The representative I spoke with (possibly named Theresa) was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed little interest in resolving the issue or acknowledging the inconvenience caused. While the quality of services may be strong, the administrative side of the business is clearly disorganized and undermines the overall experience. Reliability and basic communication should not be this difficult.
