I cannot say enough good things about Center Lock & Safe. Luke and Scott came out to help with a specialty vault-style door that the original builder told us could not be repaired. Not only were they able to fix it, but they took the time to carefully troubleshoot everything instead of immediately pushing for an expensive replacement. They were extremely patient, professional, and genuinely listened to all of my concerns throughout the process. You can tell they really care about their work and their customers. On top of that, their pricing was very fair and honest, which is hard to find these days. If you need help with safes, vault doors, locks, or specialty security doors, I highly recommend them. Small little shop, was just looking around to see what they had in stock while looking to buy a 24 gun safe online. Noticed they had the same safes with features as the winchester and liberty 14 and 24 guns had, and I asked them about them, they went into full detail and explained all the safes they had and explained they actually are the same safe as the winchesters and other standard 24/14/32 gun safes, they all come from the same place just painted different and put their own logos on them. Theirs included. So I went with their 24 gun being it's the same price, same thing as the winchester from Home Depot and was local. Also black which I liked, they then with out asking gave me free shipping and free balancing and install going the extra mile to make me a happy customer. The front looks kind of cheap and lame but their safes are quality. I use this safe almost daily for paper work and my firearms, and have had it for 5 years and the bull dog 24 gun safe is awesome! Greats quality, again they all are the same safe, reason they have the same features and specs they are made from the same warehouse. I would and will be buying from them again. How I wish I did not come here. I went in to get a key copy made and they cut the key backwards. Didn't notice right away as I didn't have the opportunity to use the key for several days. Wish I read the review below where the "goofy kid" messed up the key because it ended up happening to me, too. It was also kind of expensive at over $3 (after tax) for a simple key cut. Should have just used the machine at Wal-Mart. I went to the shop days later to ask them to fix it and they're closed-- when their posted hours show they are normally open on Wednesdays at this time. I tried again today and they're still closed. I give up. Definitely would not recommend. read more

Scott was very helpful and courteous answered any questions I had knowledgeably bought a safe and he let me borrow a dolly to get it into my house and even gave me a small handgun safe for free! The safes have good fire rating 1hr+ and they seem sturdy. We had a little trouble with the credit card machine at checkout but it seems to be that was because of the new year. Somewhat helpful waited a long time for someone to help when they finally realized I was there he told the goofy kid in the back to make me a key after he had me go try it and it worked and paid for them plus some key rings and on my way out I noticed I didn't have my key well they goofy kid left it in the machine that copies them and he did a DUH! hand to the forehead..... read more

I spoke with someone yesterday and asked about the hours and they said they are open 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. I have a key that says do not duplicate and these guys are the only ones that can make it. I came over here on a Thursday 4:15pm and they are closed. I called the number and they told me no one will be here till 5:30pm or I can come back tomorrow. I do not live in the area and leaving out of town tomorrow. What an inconvenience and lousy customer service. If I didn't have to come back here I wouldn't, but they will not earn any other service from me or recommendations. read more

I had a budget to buy a safe and I didnt want to go over. But after exhauting used craigsfakes I decided to go new. Everywhere I looked it didnt seem like a good deal and/or installation was overpriced. I called Scott on the phone after a lengthy search for a safe. He didnt answer the phone, but i realized he's a "hands on" owner. We were brief and I said id buy. So the next day I went down to his showroom, he spent a considerable amount of time on what i considered to be a budget safe considering the amazing safes he sells. After a long conversation, i felt like i could make a educated purchase. He delivered it on time. He did sligjtly damage the door jam, but the turn was beyond tight and couldn't be avoided. He offered to fix it and i declined as it was an easy fix i could do. Normally i would have asked for a discount, but he custom built my safes interior at no extra charge. I felt like i had bought a safe he made lots of money on, but his price was fair and the install was super reasonable. Normally I am a do it yourselfer; but an installation of a safe in my home was a bit more complicated because of the weight of the safe. They delivered the safe, installed it, and set it up. They worked around my busy schedule; and now that it is securely installed in my home, I can finally rest easy knowing my items are much better protected from theft.
