When I called Outlaw they advised they couldn't do it, however Scott pointed us to a company who he said he trusted was capable of doing it. I think a key part in why his company is so successful and why you see such a great rating is because it is an honest company who understands their capabilities but also shares and highlights others in the industry who may be able to help. Not only did he gain our loyalty, earn our trust and successfully build credibility for his company but now when I need service for my personal safe at home, Outlaw will be the company I call. Although we didn't directly use his services, he provided the best customer service and has gained a future client for other safe needs. Honestly, it's no wonder Scott is so highly spoken of. However; down the road when the S&G mechanical combination failed to retain set manufacture settings; I was no longer able to open my safe and now left with contents locked inside. I tried the allowing for drift; going +/- 2 on the dial and still wouldn't open. Contacted Format; only to have them say they don't service them they are just the manufacture; gave me the number of someone that might be of help but that number was not in service. So I am left with having to contact a locksmith that will charge $160 for drift method; which I have already attempted; then $360 for drilling into my Quality American made safe because there is no service department or helpful advice from Format. Very disappointed in my purchase from Format USA. As of the time of this review; I have a locksmith working on the safe to gain access into my safe that is currently a very large and heavy paperweight. At least the guns are safe; too bad I can't access any of them if I needed too.

Someone accidently locked the door and shut it with the keys inside. I have some lock picking experience but could not unlock the door. I called one service but they were unavailable. I saw a lot of good reviews for this business. I called and explained my circumstances to Mike, who said he could be out in 20 minutes. He came out, was very professional, got the door open in about 10 minutes and offered to rekey the lock to fit the house key. Expensive, yes. $150.00 standard call out fee.
