I only get "mood" gel manicures, so I was looking for a place that offered those colors. The nail tech I was with has 22 years experience, and was great company with friendly conversation. However, she did not trim my cuticles back at all, and shaped my nails uneven if looking at both hands. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and might be back again - at least to say "hi" to her! Oh, and the hand and arm massage was so nice! Not only that, but she wrapped each hand in a hot towel, which was relaxing as well.

I was happy to see a new nail place open up! I desperately needed some me time, so I dropped in around 11 on a Saturday. The shop is clean and tastefully decorated, and had soothing music playing instead of a TV blaring. There a tons of colors to choose from! Everything is still brand new and that means my massage chair was in perfect working order. This was hands down the best pedicure I've ever had! There was so much attention to detail. I went with the spa pedi and was totally satisfied. Next time I'll try one of the special pedicures. Midway through I asked if they could do a gel manicure and they were happy to oblige. After receiving the insert in Valupak, I decided to have a pedicure here. Lots of options to choose from, I chose the Rosejelly and Rock spa pedicure. Really, really enjoyed the texture and scent. I wish I could give zero stars. The half owner sat in a chair directly next to me and when I politely asked him to social distance he gave me a complete attitude. I didn't know he was the half owner so I spoke to the manager about the uncomfortable situation and they said that I was the problem. I got dip powder on my nails. Bee was my nail tech and she did an amazing job! I'm super picky about my nail shape and she did exactly what I asked. And my dip lasted 3 weeks with NO chipping/cracking/breaking! I have yet to find another salon to do as good of a job as Bee does here. I was always come back to her. read more

Lol..well heres the deal. After ready most all these reviews i noticed its 50/50...about even between 5 stars and 1 to 2 stars. It took me back to the time i was a regular there for quite awhile ( about 6 months or so). I went in one day and i already knew it was going to end in catastrophe. The gal i wanted was on vacation so they had a new gal( super young, she looked 12 but im sure she was at least 18). Someone else put my tips on( i was in for a full set and pedi), and the young girl then took over in filing and shaping my nails. Let me tell you i was ready to grab that drill from her hand and do it myself after watching her and feeling her bur the skin off right at my cuticle!! ( im familar with slo speed drills and acrylic burs im a dental assiatant and use that drill for making temporary crowns all the time). She apologized and continued on..when she started shaping with the file i kept telling her i want square swuare not round square(( or squaval as they refer to it nowadays). Anyways she finished and let me tell you the shape looked ridiculous! I mean wtf! I paid , walked out to my car and turned around and walked back in and asked go speak with the owner Jen( same owner then in the early 2000's as now..shes probably lost her passion for the industry by now lol). Anywho, she looks at my nails and says whats wrong with them? I looked at her and said " really?? Can you not see how ridiculous these are and how stupid the shape is? So she grabs a file while im standing at the front desk and starts filing on them( AGAIN ..REALLY??!!). They looked no better than when i left the first time. They know im a regular and for some reason thought i wouldnt care the outcome of my nails by throwing me to the greenhorn in the back!..i was very dissapointed..i always tipped that place well to...always 20 dollar tip ( back in early 2000s that was BIG TIP!)..So it was obvious to me the owner didnt give a shit who i was...i thought well it was only one time ill give them another chance..N O P E!! BAD SERVICE AGAIN! I WAS DONE!!..I feel like its a trend. You find a place you really like and are impressed and happy with the outcome and after awhile the service starts to slip...not sure what it is but this is not the first salon this has eventually been the outcome...anyways ya..i never went back there after that and its now 2025...looks like things havent changed much there lol

However, they did not use proper builder gel -- they used builder gel polish, which is much weaker. As a result, my nails are already bending. There are also visible bubbles throughout the gel, and they didn't fully remove the previous polish underneath. You can actually see the old polish seeping through the new set, which is unacceptable for a professional service. I paid expecting proper builder gel application and quality work, and unfortunately that's not what I received. I would not recommend if you're looking for true builder gel or long-lasting results.
