The salon was nice but the nail lady I had specifically wasn't very friendly and rushed the whole time.

They bent over backwards the first time I was in n they gave me a complimentary coupon for next time.I wanted to give it to someone n I did n I was in for a simple spa pedicure.They were so unfriendly the second time to me.I gather that if you don't spend $45.00 at least you are not welcome there oh and the gift I gave away well they got a less than average pedicure.Had to ask to get to soak toenails than ask to have them cut.My goodness what in the world has happened to customer service from the mani/pedi business.? All they eant is Your Money and hardly any effort is put towards a comfortable satisfying experience. Oh and no foot messages either.Thats a thing of the past. Is everyone so lazy as to not do Your Job. I want my nails filed and I get"No need" ahh yes" I need n want " it's part of a pedicure!! These p.argue with customers over what they are willing to do for you and most of the sta f2f are like this.The fungus is complementary too.omg I'm d oi ng my own hands n feet! I just used to enjoy a treat now n then but they act like you are bothering them. And ppl.Learn the English language. Have some respect for this country. read more

First time getting a pedicure with my wife... they did a great job and it was very relaxing

They were very clean and nice and the technician did a great job on my toes. I just got a simple French tip. I have never had to pay extra for white tip at another salon, they didn't tell me it was extra until I went up to pay. It was $38 for the spa pedicure with the white tip. I was expecting to pay around $25 with the $ 5 off from checking in on yelp and the 15% they are advertising on the sign outside. They didn't take the 15 perfect off. So I paid $38 with a tip. They did take off $5 from yelp. Liked the salon but I won't be returning due to the price. I'll still to the salon I was going to But I'm glad i tried it, they do good work. It's just too pricey. And the 15 % should have been applied automatically if they want to advertise it outside. read more

This place is exactly what I've been searching for since I moved to Washington. It was a pleasant atmosphere from the time I walked in. I had a cucumber pedicure spa treatment which felt sooo good and relaxing. The only thing I wasn't too happy with was how the gel color on my toes looked it wasn't evenly applied even after she applied 3 coats if that makes sense. On the brighter side she was very sweet and I was too relaxed to complain. So After I was done with my pedicure the nail tech Kevin who is the absolute best! I mean I was treated like a friend more than a customer. Kevin was very helpful and showed me his work and I fell in love. I went longer length today because I've been wanting coffin shaped nails for the longest. I showed him what I was looking to do and he put his own twist to it and I absolutely love his creativity! Overall I had a pleasant experience spent some hours there but I can't complain. Also it can be a bit pricy if your my type of girl when it comes to nail art. I didn't tip because I went over the amount I was supposed to spend but Kevin didn't make me feel uncomfortable about it he understood. But he earned a new customer and a tip when I return. Do not go to center nails in graham! I thought I liked them and I've been going to them for several months now but tonight I walked in and I had a whole different feeling and their attitudes alone from the two owners daughters made me uncomfortable. Not only did the girl who did my nails cut me twice on two different nails and make my cuticles bleed but she also halfway through told me it was because my hands were dry and I needed more lotion! I said ummm I lotion every day that's your fault you cut me She wore rubber gloves and kept getting the nail drill twisted with the gloves. On top of that she had the nerve to try and charge me 15$ more because she said my nails were too long! I said what!!!! I have had the same length and shape since my last 3 visits and yes there my real nails except for 3 fingers I have a tip! so why would I be charged more when you file them anyways. You're not creating a whole new shape it's the same shape I've had and mind you I've always been charged 40$ no more! My visit before ( 3 1/2 weeks prior) (my privious visit) I had just had a conversation with my mom and the other owners daughter about how I like how I found a good place and other places have tried to charge me differently, she then said we usually charge more for shaping the longer nails but we have always charged you 40$ since day one and we wouldn't change the price on you. I still explained that I used to go to T-NAILS down the street and other places I've never been charged for filing. I also asked her to replace new tips on my 3 nails and she never did, therefore you can see the old pink glitter color through some of my nails. My right thumb nail is one that has a tip, it's shape and length is way longer and different from my left thumb nail. Im so pissed and embarrassed because I now have to go elsewhere to have them fixed.As I'm leaving She starts talking about me in front of another customers and there employees. I go to Pay for my nails and she tells me that once a month they get to use a code that allows them To not charge the extra $15 so every other visit my nails go from 40$ to 55$ I couldn't believe what I was hearing!!! I will not be back and for that she did a crappy job on my nails and was extremely rude through her non verbal communication!!! Let's get the facts straight and not misrepresent ourselves, shall we? As far as trashing your customers in your native language, that is as obvious to Americans as the nose on their face btw. Nice attempt at recovery though. You guys could not have been more rude, disrespectful and beyond unprofessional. No I am not writing a review for Canyon nails. I received less than good customer service from you folks. I asked and paid for shellac nails and the gal who did my feet infected them and also dried them only once in the dry machine. Then I had to wait for another gal to do my fingernails and she did not cut them short enough until another gal came and asked me if I wanted them shorter. She was the only one who seemed to know what she was doing. My shellac nails have always lasted longer than 2-3 weeks.. I had trouble with them even before a week was over with your company. Sorry. But that is exactly what happened and yes I have fungus on 3 toes from your company. I have never had it before. read more
