Apparently, the nook is a well-known "secret". To me it was just a secret. I had never heard of this restaurant. I was in the area and I asked Siri to tell me a restaurant for a good breakfast and she came up with the nook. I am so happy that this restaurant was recommended to me by Siri. It's a small place. I only counted four booths and maybe four tables. A small counter with seats to eat at is also there. The waitresses in this restaurant are exceptionally friendly and I guess because it's such a small place they seem to all help all the tables all the time. In other words, you don't just have one waitress you have three of them who will be happy to help you. I really needed my breakfast and it was a very nice ham and cheese omelette, home fried potatoes, Bisquits and gravy, and toast. The platters were heaped with food. Hot and delicious, fresh made for me. Every waitress in that restaurant came to my table at least once to ask me how I was enjoying my food and if I needed anything. What I needed was an extra stomach because I could not finish all that food. I was lucky when I got there. It wasn't exceptionally crowded outside and when I say not crowded, every table was full when I got there, but there was no line and I was lucky to get a table when I walked in. Shortly after I was seated a lot more people started showing up and there was a line to get in. I truly enjoyed my experience at the nook and I do plan on going back again. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a really good breakfast. I think they have lunch too, but I didn't really look at the other menus. I just wanted some yummy breakfast.

**INITIAL REVIEW** Because I work the dreaded overnight (3rd) shift, breakfast/brunch places and coffee roasters have become my version of an afternoon bar or pub after work. With that fact in mind, I am always on the lookout for a good breakfast/brunch place, especially around Palm Beach County since that is where my work is located. Fortunately for me, I have found many fantastic breakfast/brunch places in Jupiter, FL, including this amazing breakfast/brunch place called Center Street Nook. I gotta thank Yelp for the suggestion along with the numerous recommendations from my fellow Yelpers. This restaurant is fantastic, especially when it comes to their highly-suggested menu items. Though an address is provided, Center Street Nook (which I will shorthand to CS Nook for the remainder of the review) is located in a shared small and cozy building, being building mates with Craft City Beer & Wine. If you see it, the "nook" part of the restaurants name makes perfect sense as it does personify a "nook" in the building or a "nook" hidden along Center St. One of the issues I will bring up about CS Nook is the parking situation. The parking lot for both businesses is quite small, and requires some ingenuity with parallel parking during the busy times. Ambiance-wise, CS Nook has that local pub/bar feel with a lot of delightfully tacky personality, the kind I like to see when it comes to a local mom n' pop. Everywhere you look are knick-knacks. If you look harder, maybe you'll see a paddywack and bones for dogs, too. And if you are by yourself, don't worry, there are televisions with interesting shows playing (not just the news) and they have subtitles on. Every single time I went to CS Nook was in the early morning when they just opened at 6:30 a.m. Like I said, dreaded overnight (3rd) shifts. The waitress who took care of me every time was Emilee, a beautiful brunette who gave me some excellent recommendations when it comes to their food AND told me about the online ordering and pickup through their take-out window (which makes me assume this building used to be some kind of fast food restaurant before?). Definitely enjoy drawing cartoon animals on her receipts. As for the food, there are four menu items I was suggested and according to numerous customer reviews, are highly-recommended. They are the Coconut French Toast, Shrimp & Grits, Crab Omelette, and their Eggs Benedict (I went with the special, the Mediterranean Eggs Benedict). All four were good, but take note there will be no price discounts if you decide not to have any of the sides with it. I will need to try the Billdozer (3 pancakes layered with sausage, eggs, cheddar, and bacon) when I am feeling particularly brave and hungry. Ultimately, CS Nook is so far the best breakfast/brunch place in Jupiter, FL I have been in. There are others I tried that are good, but there is something about this local spot that has a lot of heart that I admire. Ergo, I will give CS Nook four-out-of-five stars for their initial review. I am sure they are, but I will give them their fifth star if they are consistently good on average.

Greeted at the counter where we ate. This place is a hole in the wall place but what a great hole! Servers warm, funny and efficient, food fast, plentiful and so tasty. They knew everyone's name who's a local. Love that we got to visit here!!

Stopped off at this little breakfast restaurant , and was greatly surprised when I walked in by the antique lights and the Christmas lighting. The lady who seated us became the waitress, even though there were two other waitresses in the restaurant. I ordered the "Old Faithful" omelette which had ham, peppers, onions and cheddar cheese in it, and it tasted really good. The service was very good and I did not hear one complaint or someone sending their order back. A definite place to try.

First timers here and we will definitely be returning. We went on a Saturday morning and did have to wait a little bit but they have covered seating out front. The place is tiny with a bar type seating a few tables and like 6 booths. We noticed many people who came there were regulars and the staff knew them by name.. such a nice feeling. They have a drive thru where you can pick up a to go order if you wish. My husband got the crab Benedict which he said was awesome and I got the French toast with a side of sausage which was also delicious. The service was also nice because they all work together to take the order, bring the food or refill your water. 5 stars def recommend

What a great place!! The place feels like you're having lunch at a fun friend's house. Ambiance is quaint, quirky and fun yet comfortable and welcoming. We had biscuits and gravy and Philly cheesesteak- both were amazing! And I can't not mention the service- all the ladies check on all the tables. Lots of laughs and we even had cute pictures on our to-go boxes. If you're considering stopping, just do it! You won't regret it. It's definitely one of those unforgettable places.

If you're in the mood for a good hearty breakfast then this is the place. This is a quiet little spot where you have to stop. The servers are friendly and attentive. The portions are large and tasty. We had the meat lovers omelette and the center street omelette. The meat lovers was packed with bacon (yum), ham, sausage, and cheddar jack cheese. Huge! Overflowing with hash browns on the side too! The center street omelette was filled with mushrooms, tomatoes, and provolone cheese with avocado and pesto on top. Very tasty! We definitely want to stop back for some lunch!

We just had the most delicious 2025 New Year's Day breakfast. We thought we would take a chance and knew there might be a long wait, but we got right in. Coffee came immediately and our server took our order about 5 minutes later. I ordered the short stack of French Toast and link sausages. My husband had avocado toast with eggs, hash browns and crispy bacon. The french toast was soooo delicious, sausage same, bacon yummy and avocado toast with real avocado slices and a big heap of hash browns perfectly seasoned. My husband and I were in hog heaven. The music came on and it was a little too loud for an early morning so I asked one of the servers walking by, if she could turn it down a bit. She said 'no problem' and it was done. Then the volume was perfect to enjoy my scrumptious breakfast. Truly a great experience!

    Country-Fried Steak and Eggs

We enjoyed our breakfasts at Center Street Nook, a throwback, local, breakfast and linch "joint." The service was fast, efficient and friendly. It is not too large (a maximum of forty some-odd guests) and, even on a Thursday morning, it was packed, with a wait list for seating. The place is a bit dated and the "nick nacks" unnecessary, but nothing objectionable. The menu is deep - lots of familiar favorites a well as a number of one-offs. My country-fried steak and eggs was excellent. The flavorful steak and perfectly cooked eggs topped by a nice portion of homemade sausage gravy. I was delighted that the hash browns were well seasoned, and not just grilled shredded potatoes. My wife's lox platter was massive - and not just a large portion of excellent lox. The closest I can come to anything that could be improved is the coffee. Although nicely hot and served in large cups, it was really weak. That said, everything else about our meal was terrific.

Delicious food and good service. I love their crab Benedict and the funky monkey pancakes. Coffee is good and they keep it refilled. There is often a wait for larger groups in the morning, since seating is limited but it's worth the short wait.

Ask the Community - Center Street Nook

    Is there outdoor dining?

There is one table outside. But it's a relatively small place. I'm sure if you wanted to eat outside they would accommodate you. They're super nice people.

Do you serve breakfast at lunchtime during the week? If not, how late do you serve breakfast?

Yes, they serve breakfast and lunch all day long. They're open every day but Sunday 7am-2pm.

I ordered an iced americano with cold foam and the staff was more than willing to help and answer any questions I had. The pastries looked absolutely divine and there was such a wide selection. There was plenty of seating inside with the WiFi password listed in an easy to find area and even a coffee bar section to add more milk (alternatives) or sweeteners for free! They also had a huge hug of water which indicates they are very remote work friendly! I was so surprised how yummy my drink was and was even happier it was $6! I can't wait to come back soon!

The owners work in cafe and are super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, there's one staff member there who is unfriendly and will give short blunt answers if you ask a question. It made me feel like I'm inconveniencing her. I thought the first time she just had a bad day but this has been several times this week I've visited. This place is also extremely busy! Good luck finding a table inside or outside. It's way too small to sit and enjoy yourself. I like the Bad Bitch Matcha and the breakfast wrap is good. It's a nice coffee shop but it's overwhelming with so many people there it makes it hard to enjoy your visit.
