It has become a repeated problem that seriously affects the surrounding neighbors. What is even more concerning is that, to our knowledge, the building still does not have a proper occupancy approval, despite concerns being brought to the county multiple times. Nothing meaningful seems to have been done to address the situation. As far as we can tell, there are also no wheelchair-accessible restrooms available for guests, only portable toilets outside. We understand people want a place to celebrate events, but there also needs to be responsibility, respect for neighbors, and compliance with basic safety and accessibility standards. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience.

We stayed in the disabled-access room with a tub on the 4th floor. The room was large enough to make moving about the bed easy, and the bathroom was great. Although the handle to switch from shower to tub was on the far wall, the fold-down transfer bench made reaching it pretty easy. Both a stationary and hand-held shower heads were available. And the grab bars were in logical locations for transfers. As an occupational therapist, I have to say, this tub setup is far superior to most hotels. The available activities in the lobby were unique and engaging. Didn't try the pool, but it looked inviting. Some trains went by, but our room came with a set of earplugs (and I'm sure that more were available at the desk), and the trains didn't bother us at all during the night. The power-operated privacy and blackout shades worked as designed, and the controls were easily accessible. We will definitely stay here again!

I made a reservation online using our AAA card for a discount. We booked a king bed room with balcony for $98. There's plenty of parking available. They have way more amenities than we need, but the price was so reasonable we booked it. They have a restaurant on site and offer room service! Such a convenience with a wide variety of food, including pizzas. The restaurant offers a breakfast buffet, which is not included with your room stay. Our room had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot with coffee and condiments, dining table with four chairs, desk with rolling chair, robes, safe, toiletries, hair dryer, luggage rack, iron & ironing board, and I'm sure a few other things I'm forgetting. It was well stocked! The rooms are nice and fairly updated. I liked how the bathroom had two sinks, one in the toilet shower room, and another by the coffee pot, making it super convenient to add water and clean out the carafe. The TV in the room was nice and big. They had MANY channels available. The remote worked properly and was easy to use. The balcony was a nice feature. We walked into the room and it had a faint smell of smoke. We opened the balcony slider to air it out a bit. The smell wasn't bad enough to make a fuss, so we just stayed put. There were two chairs on the balcony as well. Our room was 4326, top floor corner room. It was a nice, quiet location. Far enough away from the traffic noise so it didn't bother us. We had a nice, quiet sleep. Our king bed was very comfortable with the right amount of linens available to keep warm. Overall, we were impressed with this hotel. Friendly staff, painless check-in process, many amenities, clean and comfortable at an affordable price...what more could you ask for! Would highly recommend.
