Brand new hotel chain that's like dorm rooms without carpet. It's like if the recently renovated Red Lion chain of hotels and The Hampton chain had a baby. It's cute. They have complementary bikes outside where you can ride to a splash park nearby. Check in with the desk to get helmets. You do NOT want to ride to the mall area with those bikes. There is a train track with construction and no road to cross. The lobby is very artsy and welcoming. Comfy chairs with plug-ins for charging is a plus. There are games and coloring books in the cabinets, a full size pool table, gigantic jenga, connect four games and more. Breakfast on weekdays is from 6-9. The hours are extended for the weekend. It consist of eggs, sausage or bacon, dry cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, mini muffins and bread with a toaster. Important: they have a pancake maker. Step 1, place paper plate on disc where pancakes come out. Step 2, Wave your hand in front of the machine where you see the hand print. Step 3, STAY by the machine so other people will know those pancakes are yours. It's a 2 minute wait and you get 2 pancakes. Don't be that person messing up the entire breakfast line with extra cakes everywhere. Also don't be "helping" by waving your hand on someone else's order already being cooked without asking first. When we got here, the road that takes you to the hotel was closed. You have to drive to the detour to get around to the hotel parking lot. Be patient. Eventually you will get there. Update: only when construction was going on in the new dermatology building was the street closed. Plenty of parking spaces and no train noises. We stayed on the "quite side" which is the back of the hotel. The remote control in the room can control the lights, bathroom lights and thermostat. The window have drawstring shades. It's a nice place. I'll give updates on train noises. Update: family that stayed with us on the front of the hotel heard trains from about 2:40-5:00am. They are directly across the street in front of the hotel. After about 2 days of hearing trains, they got used hearing them. Lol Staff: genuinely pleasant, helpful and friendly. On Fridays (June-September) there is a Farmer's Market at the community center next door at the park. They have food trucks also. Do yourself a service and get the gourmet grilled cheese with bacon. Thank me later. There are bike trails and walking trails everywhere behind the hotel. There is a pool, hot tub and small exercise room. Excellent team work at the chain. We will be back.

Visited this hotel for a total of 3 days on a business trip and it was Very clean hotel and had friendly staff, they even offer free bikes to take a ride down a beautiful trail that they have a little further down the road. Also had an amazing view on the 4th floor with a Mountain View Would definitely come back.

This was my first time I've ever stayed here, and they've only been open since December. We're not very far from the valley mall and the rooms are like a little small but it's a very cozy hotel. I really like the location and would return here again.

I love the location of this hotel. It's a very quiet place cannot hear the traffic once in a while a train but that only last a minute or 2. I love the furniture in the room it's so modern. My only one little complaint would be that the bed was to hard for my liking which took a little more time to get comfortable. The bathroom was nice love the big walk in shower and water pressure was amazing. The soap dispenser were an awesome thing. One other down fall is no coffee pot to have a small cup of coffee when I got up. The lay out of everything in this new hotel was great. I will for sure be back again to stay. Thinking I found a new favorite hotel

We were able to see smoke from our hotel room and the general location of our home. While some would prefer otherwise, I was glad that we could. It appeared that families who mentioned the tournament were charged higher rates than those who did not. This felt inconsistent and unprofessional. As a team, we booked together with the understanding that there might be some form of group coordination--even if not a discounted rate--but selectively adjusting pricing based on a guest's response was disappointing. Additionally, I had requested extra blankets and pillows in advance, which were not provided in our room upon arrival. Breakfast was average but sufficient for a busy weekend, and the pool was enjoyable for the kids, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience left us uncomfortable, particularly due to the pricing practices and the requirement for upfront payment, which is not typical in our experience. We had originally canceled our reservation at The Davenport in order to support a smaller property, but unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations. Moving forward, our team will be choosing alternative accommodations. Thank you for your time.

A friend recommended this hotel because it's away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Spokane, it's clean, has many amenities and extremely affordable. I made a reservation online using our AAA card for a discount. We booked a king bed room with balcony for $98. There's plenty of parking available. They have way more amenities than we need, but the price was so reasonable we booked it. They have a restaurant on site and offer room service! Such a convenience with a wide variety of food, including pizzas. The restaurant offers a breakfast buffet, which is not included with your room stay. Our room had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot with coffee and condiments, dining table with four chairs, desk with rolling chair, robes, safe, toiletries, hair dryer, luggage rack, iron & ironing board, and I'm sure a few other things I'm forgetting. It was well stocked! The rooms are nice and fairly updated. I liked how the bathroom had two sinks, one in the toilet shower room, and another by the coffee pot, making it super convenient to add water and clean out the carafe. The TV in the room was nice and big. They had MANY channels available. The remote worked properly and was easy to use. The balcony was a nice feature. We walked into the room and it had a faint smell of smoke. We opened the balcony slider to air it out a bit. The smell wasn't bad enough to make a fuss, so we just stayed put. There were two chairs on the balcony as well. Our room was 4326, top floor corner room. It was a nice, quiet location. Far enough away from the traffic noise so it didn't bother us. We had a nice, quiet sleep. Our king bed was very comfortable with the right amount of linens available to keep warm. Overall, we were impressed with this hotel. Friendly staff, painless check-in process, many amenities, clean and comfortable at an affordable price...what more could you ask for! Would highly recommend.

I asked for a promotion that i had seen online. I wasn't sure if it was an online only offer or not. She said they only had 2 rooms left so I'd better book with her if I want a room. I said goodbye and we just went to the hotel direct arriving about 2 hrs later. I quickly and easily got a room with the promo and saved $227.??. Front desk was very nice! The room was nice! Comfy bed, heavy drape so we can sleep in, a nice tv with HBO & SHO, a sm wet bar area to make a sandwich or a cup of their coffee which was DELICIOUS! It's the same coffee as they have in the restaurant which also has delicious food!! Instead of a sad breakfast buffet they have vouchers that you take to the restaurant for a free breakfast. There are 5 options meeting most dietary restrictions, fresh cooked, nice sized glass of milk or orange juice, served till 9am. A Walmart and grocery store are nearby. It's right off the freeway but I wasn't disturbed by any noise and I'm a light sleeper. One night I walked across the parking lot to the gas station and I felt quite safe. Everything was very well lite Finally the pool was really enjoyable! Over Thanksgiving it was able 30F outside but the water was lovely. Heated pools/hot tubs when it's cold outside is one of my fav things so I really enjoyed it! The pool quickly drops from 3' to 6' so an adult can actually swim and not hit their knees on the bottom of the pool. I highly recommend staying here.

As shown in my photographs, the sofa was completely unusable. It's clear that ownership and management have chosen not to replace this significantly damaged piece of furniture. Due to the exposed wood and cushioning, we were unable to sit comfortably on it. Secondly, the smoke detector in the bedroom was left dangling above the bed. Although I believed it to be safe, my wife was concerned that there might be a hidden camera inside. I find it hard to believe that the cleaning staff missed this issue when preparing the room after the previous guest. Third, early on in our stay, the toilet continued to run. This forced me to remove the tank lid and adjust the chain so the flapper would seal and stop the water from running. Finally, the grout on the bathroom floor tiles appeared as if it had never been cleaned or resealed for an extended period. The grout was extremely dirty, requiring us to walk on towels after showering to avoid stepping on it. Marriott, I hope you read my review, along with the numerous previous reviews for this property. This location is neither maintained safely nor kept clean, and I believe it does not meet the standards to be considered a Marriott property.
