Anyways, Once we were in escrow - ROC title never emailed me the wire transfer instructions 1 day before the EMD deadline was due. I had to call my agent and ROC title to send the wiring instructions. In this day and age of wire fraud - ROC title just emailed the wiring instructions - no call / no emails on who the contact person is . During the entire process I never talked with the Escrow Officer Michelle Martinez.. All communications had to be through her assistance Tatiana. I received closing disclosures from Lender and had few additional fees. I emailed ROC asking for clarification. No reply or email or call for 3 days. I wrote them an email every single day and called them twice to make sure my questions were answered. No call - No email - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Finally, Michelle Martinez emails back with answers, and I did not understand them. Emailed her back asking if she can call back - Once again, no call or emails - Should have known the unprofessional nature of this company and her team. They delayed my closing and on to add to it, told my agent and sellers agent that I wanted to push out the closing day - UNTRUE !! LIES !!
