I knocked on the door and the Lady who owns the place received me and gave me a brochure we chatted for a few minutes and when I left, I was quite surprise of the serenity and the elegantly decorated small yet spacious place. I made an appointment and today at 10 am got my facial, while she was preparing the room her adorable I assume 12 year old daughter offered me some green and Jasmine decaf tea from a local tea house I know very well, R Cafe & Tea Boutique in New Rochelle anyhow the fascial WAS UNBELIEVABLE. The ladies were absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end. The ambiance was beautiful, relaxing, and smelled incredible, the moment you walked in, you immediately felt at ease. The massage was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep! I wish I hadn't because I wanted to enjoy every second, but I can't think of a better compliment to the massage therapist. She was THAT good! What really took our experience to another level happened afterward. My husband accidentally left his wedding band in the clothes bin. They were CLOSED on Sunday, but they actually came back to the spa just to look for it; and they FOUND IT! That kind of customer service, kindness, and integrity is rare. Kelly uses clinical grade products and (key for me) not tested on animals! Why spend money on a fluff facials where they put some great smelling product on your face but it doesn't *DO* anything to change your skin?! The facial: I got a chemical peel and could tell sense the warming and tingle throughout the process, so I could tell it was working but I left without ever being bright red/pink, which was my fear. She even included some very much needed arm/wrist/hand massages since she learned I was a 9to5 gal. Kelly: super sweet and accommodating. I was 10 minutes late and stressed about that but she made me feel at ease. She asked what I wanted out of the facial and she delivered.
