Gary was easy to schedule, showed up right on time, and made a very precise map of my entire sewer, including depth readings every few feet. He brought a camera and a locator to help with the task. His rate for the service was a fixed fee, and yielded a much more precise result than a plumber that performed a similar task a year ago at an obscene hourly rate. Can't recommend him highly enough.

First, they spent a ton of time on the phone with me to understand my situation; then they gave me a couple of options, one option using a product they sold, the other involved renting a sandblaster. After a bit more research I dropped in to see them and pick up a few gallons of soy-gel stripper. This is a construction supply house catering to contractors. Being a homeowner doing a pretty small job I expected to be hustled through quickly but they treated me very nicely and were again, extremely helpful. Final note: There were a few items I needed that they could have sold me (tools, etc.) but they insisted that I could get a better deal at a local hardware store. Very nice guys all around.
