After misses at 3 other spots, I called Wash & Roll to ask about availability and pricing. The manager I spoke to was very understanding and let his crew know I would be by dropping off a huge load, even though it was technically past closing time. The women who greeted me at the location were so kind and helpful. My friends have been incredibly happy with the results and said they are continuing to use this location while they're in transition. The pricing was very reasonable, and turnaround time was fast despite the insane month we had in St Pete. Out of all the laundry locations I visited, this one seemed the cleanest and most organized with the most competent staff.

The associate on the phone gave me directions and then suggested that I come in on Thursday, as they have a 30% off deal for suits. This was honestly very thoughtful and I appreciate her honesty about that deal, it saved me a lot of money. When I went t here, the location is very easy to get to and is very clean. She asked me if she could put a small hidden sticker on the inside of my clothes so that it won't get lost- which is very unique. They use a scanning system to keep track of all the clothes. She asked me how I'd like my shirts starched and wrote down her hours for me. It took 2 days for have all 10 items done (shirts, slacks, tuxedo, suits). They did a wonderful job! She applied the 30% Thursday discount to the suits and slacks as well! This is one of the best dry cleaners around here. One of my shirts looks the best it ever has! I'll definitely come back and I plan to tell my friends about it as well.
