This is delicious, homespun, feel-good health food that took a lot of thought, a lot of love and a lot of work. Sourcing beautiful organic and local produce, washing and prepping all the vegetables and fruits, making up truly healthful food combinations (mock chicken salad)... it's a process. We were greeted pleasantly in a warm and great-smelling space filled with local art. It's all counter ordering. We settled on the Burrito Bowl and the Buffalo Rice Bowl (I asked for a different topping though- the almond maple sauce from the Vegan Buddha Bowl). They came out fast and both were quite large. Big wow. A wide variety of textures and flavors. The mock chicken salad was fantastic. Roasted broccoli: perfection. I really should have taken some with me but I couldn't stop eating.
