    Wanted to leave positive feedback for Rick. Over the years he's built me multiple desktop systems and they exceeded my expectations each and every time. His knowledge, turn around time, and even the price for hour labor here is awesome. Even the due diligence to cable management and maximizing all USB ports is there! This may sound hyperbolic, but what you get vs what you pay for is awesome... maybe the most reasonable in the entire city of San Francisco in terms of hourly rate & value. My absolute favorite thing about him is that there's no agenda to sell you overpriced elements to a build that other little in terms of a mechanical return. No upsell on liquid cooling, or even an attempt to layer more sticks of RAM into your tower. If you ask him a straight question, he will give you an honest answer. IMHO, this is exceedingly rare with service professionals who seem to relish adding unnecessary expensive parts onto all projects. Thanks for everything central computer, I have yet to have a bad experience in all these years. Cheers!

    Great place to pick up those last minute parts and computer cables. Selection is pretty comprehensive. The staff is always helpful and kind.

He takes the time to understand your needs, recommends solutions that make sense, and stands behind what he sells. When I've had equipment issues, warranty questions, or needed technical guidance, he's always stepped up and taken care of me. As the owner of JustINtertainment and Blackline Production, I rely heavily on my equipment to perform at weddings, corporate events, festivals, and large-scale productions. Downtime isn't an option. Knowing I can pick up the phone and call Musclis gives me confidence that I'm supported by someone who actually understands the business and wants his clients to succeed. There are plenty of places to buy gear. There are very few people you can build a decade-long business relationship with and trust completely. Musclis is one of those people. I took it to World of Stereo and they were not sure if they could do the repair but I could leave the damaged right speaker and turntable with them and they would call me the next day when the technician was in to talk about the repair and cost. I didn't get a call so I called them and the technician had already fixed the right speaker! I was woahhh what are you doing I didn't even know if the repair was possible and we didn't agree on price! If it's out of my budget then I can't do it. He told me it's going to be $80 for the repair. Ok crisis diverted, that's a fair price in my opinion. I asked if they could buy it off me and he said it's too old. They call me later that day, repair is finished, went well. It'll be $80 for the speaker and $120 for the turntable. I was shocked and told them no it's $80. They said they could UNDO the repair by reinstalling the broken cords... That to me sounded absolutely absurd. They then tell me they can buy it for $75. So either pay $200 for MY equipment or sell it to them for $75. Seemed like they purposefully put me in this spot. They claim it was a miscommunication between the workers there. But I'm the one who has to pay for YOUR mistake??? Well I show up with the left speaker to see what they'll give me for it and now all of a sudden it's $75 for the set. Wasn't the $75 your lame attempt to fix the mistake you made on the right speaker and turntable? Now you're not going to pay for the left speaker? I was honestly sad bc I am moving and I was excited to take it with me to my new home and now I have to pay to for 1. Work I did not authorize 2. A price I didn't agree on. I took the $75 and left bc I just wanted to be done with it and it was clear they were not going to budge. Idk if they scammed me but they just seem so scummy to me. Like please I beg you don't go there!

Since we had the other machine for 10+ years, we just brought a new one instead of trying to find a repair person because there's no guarantees/warranty. Happened to be around Black Friday -- so we took advantage of the Sales! Pricing was competitive, we brought a new washing machine and add on: -delivery -installation, -extra parts (hose) -take away old washing machine All with some reasonable additional fees. A few days later, the delivery guys came while I was at work, but hubby was home and all got done. One team took away the old washing machine while the other team did the delivery + install. Great communication as they were texting me with ETA entire time. I would recommend Best Buy for appliance purchases.

Imagine paying hundreds in penalties for a defective experience that the store itself admits is "normal." Meanwhile Costco and Amazon manage returns without punishing customers for faulty products. Lesson learned: Best Buy's policies are stuck in another decade. Shop elsewhere.
