The woman I spoke to was friendly, informative, & got us scheduled right away. The technician called when he was on his way as promised. The job ended up being more than estimated bc he found a second septic tank that none of us knew about, so I was ok with the increase. I can't expect them to know about something that I was unaware of. After he completed the job, I got a phone call explaining everything that was done as well as the findings & later received a report. The customer service & attention to detail was excellent. Since that time we have found this company to be the Best Septic Company in our area. Their prices are always less expensive then others in our area, including general maintenance of our system. Communication with their office has been very easy and their employees are always friendly, professional, prompt and responsive. Recently, we needed our septic tank serviced. Their tech Angela took it to a whole new level. Not only did she arrive early to service our septic tank, she greeted us with a big smile and explained the process she was about to perform. We have now received a call from the owner & even he admits there are communication & training issues that he is working on. We appreciate the extra effort he is now giving the situation. So glad great customer service is shining through. ************* Mother-in-law contracted with Advanced Septic for a full septic service mid-Feb. Paid $275. Last night, toilets wouldn't flush and sewage began backing up into bathtub. Yuck! So, a little more than 6 weeks after an "alleged" full service, we had to request an emergency service call. Contacted Advanced Septic and was told we would be their first service this morning after they started business at 7:30. Approx 8:45, a technician shows up. Finds OLD blockage & behind that a 90% FULL tank!! Ok... here's why I'm upset & I believe this business to be unfair, bordering on fraud, possibly preying on senior citizens.... They want to charge another $275!! What?!?! 6 weeks after a full service, one tank is found to be 90% & they want to charge for THEIR IMPROPER & INCOMPLETE INITIAL SERVICE?! We contacted the company & was basically told that the original technicians reported a complete service. OBVIOUSLY, 6 weeks after the initial service, no tank should be at 90%!! Advanced Septic insisted on payment but reduced service fee to $150. If we had known that a COMPLETE service would cost $425, we would have gone elsewhere! Suffice to say, we will NOT be using this company again & they were told that negative reviews would be posted.
