My personnel file is no longer available. I came in a while back and called which the representatives were unable to pull previous notes. My new current file has my name spelled wrong which makes it difficult to location my information. I gave my correct spelling which no one has updated my file to date. Busted Bra Shop will not repair or adjust any bras purchased at this location. That was one perk I loved about Bras Galore given these Bras were pretty pricey! If you purchased a bra (Bras Galore) and have to make adjustments later on they would do it free of charge. I found this useful when you realize after purchasing you need straps adjusted especially if you lose weight or hooks need to be replaced. I recently called about maternity bras which seemed to be a challenge to obtain info. The rep was not clear and I had to ask to speak to someone else. Let's be clear if you never purchased maternity bras your hope is to obtain clear guidance. I wanted to know when to come in to be fitted for a maternity bra the clerk said, "are you at your fullest". I wasnt sure what she meant by fullest. The other representative explained woman come in a few weeks before or after they birth their child. However if you need to special order a bra I can take up to 8 weeks. They will do their best to fit you pregnant but I doubt they will be willing to make any adjustments given they are not honoring Bras Galore policy.

Anyway, I found several dresses that I loved, but narrowed them down to a couple of possibilities when I decided to try the dresses on. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the perfect dress for the party, It was also one that I felt I could wear throughout the summer. Extremely Disappointed - Faulty Product & No Accountability…read moreI purchased earrings from 16 Suitcases on July 19th and asked about the return policy at checkout -- I was told 7 days. The next day, I came back because the earrings were clearly faulty (they wouldn't unlatch nor could I get them off the label). I was then told there's a no returns on earrings policy -- something that was never mentioned and not posted anywhere in the store. I left the earrings with the shop in hopes the owner would review them and see the issue firsthand. Over the next 3-4 weeks, I called weekly, left voicemails, and spoke with multiple staff members -- no one ever got back to me. I called again last week and was told the owner would reach out. It's now been 5 more days, and still nothing. I've been patient and respectful throughout, but this level of disregard is unacceptable. The store has both my money and the faulty earrings -- and I've received no explanation, no resolution, and no follow-up. I truly feel I've been taken advantage of. Disheartening experience from a place I expected better from.

I will say that in my last few visits I have encountered Tina's daughter who is the perfect combination of direct and personable. She possesses both the patience and the skill to reach a wider customer base. I recommended Tina's to a close friend who shared that her interaction with Tina was not the best, but Tina's daughter stepped in and was wonderful so she will be a repeat customer. They have a good selection, alterations are done on site and the expertise is not easy to find elsewhere.

After doing a quick yelp search, Second Act popped up. I reached out to Pattie as I live out of town and it was going to be difficult to coordinate an appointment. That didn't stop Pattie made sure she was available so I could bring in my mother-in-law. Great selection and very reasonable prices. Pattie even helped me fill out the insurance and medical paperwork - she is knowledgeable beyond anyone I had dealt with before (as I had worked for the American Cancer Society in the past). Pattie is a total professional as well as a kind and compassionate person.
