I then approached a different sales associatte and asked if WHBM would be receiving any long sleeve blouses or shirts soon, as the store had a lot of short sleeve tops on the racks. The associate simply replied.."yes, soon." I am an avid shopped of WHBM and I am a platinum reward member. I have never encountered such a bad shopping experience in their stores. I left the store directly after the associate responded to me. This store is not very large. So to not engage with a customer on a weekday midday with four customers, is totally unacceptable. She waited to tell me this until I had already rushed through trying everything on. For such expensive clothing, I resented feeling pressured to make a very rushed decision when I should've had half an hour to decide on what I wanted to get. I ended up being so annoyed by the experience that i didn't buy some jeans that i otherwise would have gotten. This is not even the first bad experience I have had here. I have found that this helps chose items faster and will know they fit you or not. Their items are plain colors which I like. They do have some shirts with licensing/pictures but overall plain t shirts and shorts. If you sign up for their app, you can save money on first purchase. I also recommend checking your credit card rewards as I have seen this brand on there. Minimal staff interaction except in the fitting room. Check out is self checkout. They do charge for bags.

And even though I did reach out to employees to ask for additional sizes and color availability, they were so kind to check however, there was no availability. So clearly this place either had low stock or got cleaned out in the first week of opening because they are so popular. I was fortunate, however, to find a dress I was looking for in my size and collar and got to try it on with no real waiting. I'm definitely coming back here again and definitely loving the layout. Wish it was a little bit bigger though. Also they're doing the same thing where they don't give you a bag unless you wanna buy one for $.10 I'll bring your reusable shopping bags if you were planning on hauling things out of here so you don't look like you stole something.
