The issue for me was the tone of his response and the lack of follow-through afterward. He stated that the floor should not have been sealed or coated, which may be true, but the way he said it came across as judgmental and dismissive rather than helpful or solution-oriented. It felt less like guidance from a professional and more like I was being scolded for the condition of the floor. After I provided the requested photos and details, I never received a clear recommendation, final quote, or follow-up.
